Hello,
After installing the XPS Ship plugin, the spacing on the header, menu and throughout the pages has been messed up. When I deactivate the plugin, the website goes back to normal. Is there a way to fix this?
I’d appreciate your help with this. Thanks
]]>I’ve search posts and don’t know how to ask my question.
I sell and ship products from my location. I also sell products that ship from one of my vendors who is across the country. I don’t need inventory control for the other location.
I am using XPS Shipping for integrated rates, and despite what I understood, or misunderstood, all the rates are calculated based on my location, not the zip code of origin that is set up in my shipper account (FedEx.)
Do I need a shipping plugin or a warehousing plugin or a dropshipping plugin? (I think dropshipping plugins don’t have anything to do with the drop-ship concept in B2B commerce??)
I have set up shipping zones and classes. The problem with that is that the customer always picks the cheapest method and my vendor only ships FedEx Home Delivery. I’ve tried Conditional Shipping and the USPS option still appears in checkout. And they don’t seem to come up with the correct rates, which may be a conflict with XPS Shipper?
Thanks.
]]>With the XPS plugin activated I am getting two “shipment tracking” boxes in my orders and in the emails sent to customers.

We use Route insurance on orders and their plugin adds a Fee to the order. When it syncs to XPS, this fee shows up as a separate product with no dimensions and feels broken and out of place at xpsshipper and shouldn’t be there.

We have a gift message field during the checkout process, is there a way to pass this gift message to XPS with the order?
]]>When we change the status of XPS shipped orders from “Processing” to “Completed” using the “Bulk actions” menu, all selected customers get the “Your order is now complete” e-mail. However, only the oldest order selected will receive their shipment tracking number. Every other order in the batch receives an email missing the Tracking information.
If we individually set each order to “Completed”, the tracking information is sent. Tracking also gets sent every time if we go into each order and “Send order email” for “Completed Order”. In fact, we have found we have to manually do so after a “Bulk actions”, which then sends customers a second e-mail, now with tracking information.
The WooCommerce team said that their e-mails don’t normally contain tracking information (and a plug-in would be required), so could this be a bug in the XPS ship integration module? We have no other shipment tracking plug-ins installed.

]]>The WooCommerce > Integration > XPS Ship page: we need a method to manually override, or otherwise re-roll API-Key for a given site.
Case: Working within a Multisite WordPress installation. Previously I have multiple sites and Woocommerce installs running the XPS Ship plugin, except for this problem as observed below:
1. I have a fully configured demonstration WooCommerce store (Store A), with XPS integration completed.
2. I clone this store (because it already has shipping, email, etc information set up) to create Store B.
3. In Store B, when I go to set-up the XPS configuration, click “Reconnect my WooCommerce…” button, it connects me to XPS Ship site, but instead of offering me the configuration page for a “New eCommerce Integration”, it takes me to the page to modify the integration for Store A.
Attempted resolutions:
+ I deleted the XPS integration for Store A, which allowed me to create an integration for Store B. However, when I returned to Store A to create a new integration for it, XPS handed me the integration page for Store B.
+ I deactivated the XPS Ship plugin in WordPress for Store A, then reactivated it. Of course, this did not accomplish any change in behavior.
Suggestions: an override option to allow for manually entering API information (as was necessary before the automagical connection button was implemented)
– or a button to allow resetting the plugin’s identity so that a new Integration can be formed with XPS.
Thanks,
