I have had the pleasure of using X-Cart for 5 years with my online store https://www.ValleyIndoor.com. Not only am I ecstatic with their customer service, which in my opinion is the best I have ever used; Their whole functionality and ease of their system is truly awesome. Making sure sales and customers are happy and confident when shopping online at your store is extremely important, and with X-Cart I do not have to worry. If I have ever run into a problem that is beyond my knowledge to fix, their customer support service is right there within moments to help you and to solve your problem. Every time, and always in record time. I am content, having a company I can trust in and would recommend to anyone with the up most confidence that this is the company you should go with. Just try it yourself.

If you’re in the market for an online shopping cart this is the company to go with!!
Thanks to Sergey in Generic Support we can’t sing the praises of Xcart enough!!
We have dealt with other online shopping carts in the past but NEVER have we received the support that we have with Sergey. We dealt with him the whole time and not shuffled around to a dozen different people waiting for them to check the conversation we had with the last person…UGH!!! He walked us thru step by step and translated HTML into a language we understand and can refer back to in the future.

We are long-time x-cart users, also providing support to a number of clients running x-cart. X-Cart support, as provided by Eugene Bikulov during a recent issue with a new server, was such that it needs comment.

Access to support at a top level, on a complex and complete shopping cart, is one of the important reasons we continue to recommend x-cart to marketing clients. In our experience, ecommerce applications are not supported directly by the developers, (if that becomes needed), when the particular installation has been extensively customized by the user. X-cart has been the exception to that, and we appreciate it.

I’ve easily installed the plugin and added products and categories from my X-Cart shopping cart to my WordPress site. Works perfect!

Recently installed this X-Cart Integration plugin (instead of my Custom X-Cart integration with WordPress that I’ve been using for last 2 years), it works great for me. All the features that I’ve been looking are here now. Thank you guys a lot for this one!
