I cant add or change a social media block in MailPoet 2. I changed the google.png for a mastodon-image, and now I want to add the a proper mastodon link, but the social media block doesnt add at all. I tried to change this at dataabse, inwp_wysija_email, but when I then send a mail, it retained the old link, so the url is somehow retrieved elsewhere…. I think de MP guys stored in …

Ah fixed it, the urls – and everythng else for that matter – are base64 encoded in the wj_data field, a bit of a hassle to decode, alter and encode it, but it works.

My client wants to save all the old newsletters. Is it possible to keep the archive list with old newsletters, but delete the old Mailpoet 2 plugin? I know this can be done manually, by printing all newsletters to PDF and than upload them and create a list with links, but this is a lot of work. I wonder if there is a quicker way.

I have a strange issue with the subscription/unsubscribe page on mail poet.
�C I have a multisite with 30 sites under (blogs)
�C all of them uses mail post to send a newsletter
�C my issue is: I create a custom page for the subscription page, but the preview is getting a 404 page when I try to reach it https://prnt.sc/26ctqwg
�C the subscription page has a query string that is not redirected to the page created
�C this issue applies for unsubscribe page as well
Please give me your thoughts!

Hello,
the version 2.17 (security fix) of this plugin broke all the subcribe-buttons of the forms. The buttons are gone now and not displayed anymore. Also the archive-list does not work anymore (since version 2.16).
Please fix this as soon as possible!

Since the last update, the list of archive newsletters does not appear. We were told that since we cannot transfer old newsletters, we could just keep version 2 installed to display old newsletters. Now that list is gone.

Is there way to customize the email fields. At thr moment we only get email id of a user instead we should be getting all the fields captured as part of the form

since 3 days I received 2 unsubscribe notification that are not initiated by the subscriber him/herself !!!

Nothing special from Wordfence or other logs … looks just regular but is not…

I use SMTP and a cron job from my hosting provider to trigger Mailpoet (every 15 mins).

I know Mailpoet2 is no more supported but I can’t install Mailpoet 3 as it crash my site.

Any idea where to look for the problem ?

Is it possible to create an automatic newsletter with custom post order take from “page order” list ?
I have the plugin “https://www.nsp-code.com/premium-plugins/wordpress-plugins/advanced-post-types-order/” and I would like to send an automatic newsletter with the last 5 publications but not from last published hour . I would like to send it from the custom post order that I create with the plugin. The plugin use page order to order the post.

Is it possible to create this newsletter without manual mode? and send it automatically?

Anybody figured out how to get that setup? A step by step would be much appreciated.
Otherwise sending will be discontinued next month.

Other Plugins (Postman) seem to have a field for entering the APIKEY.

I see this has been an ongoing issue with 2.0 for a while now. We just started experiencing it after upgrade to WP 5.5. Newsletters are NOT saved anylonger. Possibly issue with the new db structure WP is using. We’ve used the plugin for 10 yrs. now and really hate to having to change to a working one. As is the plugin is not compatible with WP 5.5.1 and this needs to be fixed ASAP //THANKS

I am migrating / exporting mailpoet users to import them into another Mailpoet from another WordPress. When importing, I do not care about the fields “Status of the list: inactive, rejected, removed” and “Global status”. Any solution?

The export and import is done with the Mailpoet tool.

when I create a newsletter and insert a link, in the email there isn��t the direct link, but a redirect from ��www.mydomain.com/?mailpoet���� to the link that I inserted in the newsletter. There is a way to maintain the direct link? That because I have to sent newsletters from a private site, so the users that receive the newsletter cannot open the link, because they should passed through a private site, but they haven��t the access to this site.

MailPoet 2 doesn’t work with PHP 7.3. Is there an easy way to identify where the problem lies in your code?

Is the side bar, I am getting alot of scrip errors. I am using the Justwrite theme, which I have been using for years and mailpoet for year. I have deactivated all other plugins and still having the issue.

Now a subscriber recivews each time one, two or three letters (depends on what categories he/she subscribed on).
The question, is there a way to combine few letters into one for a subscriber?

Following Problem:
i have To Lists A and B
Customer subscribes to List A -> subscription after confirm the mail -> OK

After this Customer subscribes to List B -> subscription after confirm the mail -> OK
BUT!:
If he subscribe to List B he has also the possebillity to check a box for additional opion. if he had subscribed to A before the value is not Set in the Subscriber profile in Backend. On the opposit, if he subscribe list B first the value ist set.

Can you help me to solve the problem?

I guess we will have to update to MailPoet 3 now, once we resolve a conflict with one other plugin (WP Cassify). Here is the error that MailPoet 2 generates with every page load that has the embedded MailPoet Subscription Form widget under PHP 7.3 and WordPress 5.2.
