It is a good plugin and the support team are responsive and try hard.
But English is clearly not their first language, so when asking for support, you need to be extremely clear. Keep it simple and statement based.
Almost every one of my support requests has resulted in having to simplify and break statements down into extremely detailed statements.
Also some people seem to be unfamiliar with the product, because they don’t seem to know what some components are at first.
Ironically, they don’t seem to use their own help desk system for support.
At least, not any more.

We’re really bending this plugin to fit our needs. It’s made for support ticketing, but we’re using it for assignments and an instructor/student feedback channel. They’ve been great with their support in getting us there.

The team behind this plugin shows a remarkable responsiveness to feature addition request. I suggested two new features (being able to start the ticket count at a chosen number; user-initiated ticket closures), and they have implemented both of them, and not only that, but also followed up with me to let me know once they were implemented. The big worry when purchasing a paid plugin is always concerning support. Every plugin promises it but many don’t deliver, or are very slow in responding and this can be incredibly frustrating.
We purchased WSDesk to professionalize out training website. It would be pretty ironic if help-desk support software was not well supported but we took the chance. A few issues arose early on in implementation which were born from our own stupidity mostly but we requested support and GOT IT ?? Happy days!!
We found ESDesk support to be both responsive, helpful and to the point. Wonderful! Thank you. I would recommend this plugin.

WSDesk is the right tool if you want to offer your customers professional support. The plugin is easy to install, configure and makes the support job much easier.
The support of WSDesk is exceptionally fast and competent. Suggestions for further features are quickly recorded and, if they make sense, implemented just as quickly.

Have spoken to the support staff a few times about some ideas for the plugin and these were implemented shortly after. There is a constant improvement to the plugin, with more options being added. I use the premium version, and it is VERY WELL worth it! Others charge arms and legs for these options!!!

I had an issue with my server and the plugin wasn’t working properly receiving emails. Support worked with me for several hours online to help me sort it all out! Once the hosting company installed a missing PHP module… we are finally all good ?? Can’t fault this for a “free” service ??

The support I have received has been excellent (thanks Vineet).
If you have a WordPress business and you are using an external support desk such as Zendesk you should really consider trying WSDESK because it might meet your needs at a much lower price.

The plugin works out of the box for the most part. We encountered some bugs which support quickly addressed.

This is totally worthless as a free plugin except to upsell the overpriced ($90/year) premium plugin. No notifications of tickets by email??? What kind of ticket plugin does that?
This kind of junk should be removed from the WP repository!

Unless you want to buy the premium version, do not waste your time installing this plugin, because when someone sends a ticket, nobody receives notice of it.
The free version does not allow the agent or the administrator of the site to receive any email, so you will not know until you enter the backend and go on purpose to see the list of tickets

We use WSDesk to help our users faster and easier. Freshdesk or Zendesk are also very good tools but sometimes overcrowded and slow in usage. With WSDesk we seem to have found a tool that works fast and efficiently and therefore comes with many features. The pro version is worth the money and we hope for great new features in the future.

I have tried a couple of ticket systems for WordPress but WSDesk is by far the best. I tried the free edition first which was better than all the other systems on the market but the premium version is just awesome. Triggers & Automation a so helpful and the suggestion system speeds up every support case. I highly recommend this plugin! One more thing: the support is super fast as well!

This plugin is awesome, packed full of features, easy to customize, easy to use.
Ultimately the best support experience possible, easy to contact, easy to deal with and responds faster than I could believe possible.
I am running multiple small businesses and required a solution that fits in with all of them, this was well worth the time and does exactly what I want without any hassles.
When I was looking for a help desk plugin I tried several different plugins and this one did the job from the get go. And I haven’t looked back since. Take at look at this plugin. Navigation and overall look and feel is high quality.
Contacted their support with a feature request for converting guests to WP users when contacting and within hours it was in dev. team and they plan to release during 48 hours.

I have tested several helpdesk plugin and I came WSDesk.This looks like a new one with only 50+ installs. Though I am generally reluctant to install a plugin with so few installations I decided to give WSDesk a shot.
I am amazed at the simplicity of the setup and how it all works. I had some issues which were dealt with through the support chat system.
I haven’t found any bugs yet but I am also confident that any issues and bugs will be addressed promptly.
Highly recommend.
