Hi I have this plugins a few months ago, everything was ok when I installed and created two templates, but today I am trying to add a template and I got this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I have installed Wordfence Login Security and WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan as security plugins but I have deactivated and the problem is stills there, and have WordPress 6.3.4 version installed.. and I not have any role plugins installed…

Could you help me please..

I’m testing this plugin on a sandbox site and took the time to choose a template, update the Features, and add in several columns with relevant data for each feature. Boss wanted another feature added and one renamed so I edited the template, and when I updated the Features all of my stored data in each of the columns disappeared and went back to ipsum lorem. This is very frustrating as I spent quite a bit of time setting it up how we wanted it.

Does this plugin not support modifying the pricing table’s features after a table is created? Or have I missed a step?

I created a table with 4 columns showing the prices of the monthly plans.

Now I want to create the same table with semi-annual and annual prices. To avoid repeating all the information in each column, is it possible to make a copy of a complete table and rename it?

How to do this?

When using the pricing tables, when scrolling, the tables appear over top of everything, including a sticky header. sticky header example. this is the very top of the page.

I have selected the template n5 (issue is the same with the other template)
By default there is 5 features if i change one type or if a remove/add a feature and save the package something strange happend in the Package Features configuration when i edit the columns.
all feature become checkbox feature , if i select the feature to activate it in my price liste because it’s included and save it when i preview the table all the feature are crossed out…
Is it a limitation of the free version?
i want 7 features with Checkbox for all to mark this feature as include

Hi, I’ve updated to the latest version and now I don’t like the changes I’ve made to my table. Please check if this latest version has any errors. I would also like to know how I can install the previous version. thank you

I would like some rows in my price comparison table to be taller (where there is text) to accommodate the full height of the text (so they don’t get cut off). But for the rest of the table the heights are equivalent to be able to easily compare the offers. I can’t find the CSS code to request that these 2 lines of text adapt.

Hi – love the plugin. I cannot seem to reorder features by dragging with the mouse. Is this a premium only feature?

In the pricing tables, I added an anchor link #phone_ordering_lead_form as the button link. It takes the user to the lead form on the same page. How can I add a UTM parameter to this?

• I did not want to provide a complete link because I don’t want to lose the UTM parameters which are on the URL of the page
• The reason I want to provide a UTM parameter with the anchor link is to be able to send the subscription type to the lead form where I can capture the data in a hidden field and pass it to my lead management system. Do you have any other ideas on how to pass this information?

I am not able to share the page link because the page is still in Draft stage and has not been published.

The plugin does not show the shortcode. I click regenerate but the code still doesn’t show up

We’ve been using this plugin for some time now and I just discovered that it does not indicate on my WordPress Platform that it needs to be updated but here I see you have this plugin at version 2.3.1 and my version is at 1.0.9 – why has the one I’m using not indicated that there is an update available? How do I get the updated version on my site without losing the tables I’m currently using?

The color of the Title Font of my price table is displayed incorrectly on the desktop. I have tried different browsers, that is not the problem.
The Title Font Color is set to white in the settings, it is also displayed correctly in the preview and on the smartphone. Only on the desktop the Title Font Color is strangely shown in a dark gray instead of white.

Great plugin, but in Android the Text loads first, then the Feature. For example: Yes, Unlimited Downloads?

Instead it should be: Unlimited Downloads?, Yes

Unlimited Downloads? = Feature
Yes = Text in column.

There is a conflict with Simple CSS plugin by Tom Usborne that causes the CSS window to only be a couple of inches wide by a couple of lines high.

When I deactivate WRC Pricing Tables all is good. When I activate the plugin, the window is too small to be functional.

Is this because I updated WordPress to 5.5 ?

Nothing happens when clicking on :
“Edit Columns” or “Edit Features”

edit : fixed.
Can’t guess why, WordPress admin doesn’t suggest any update regarding the plugin.
Using the new wordpress feature “check for update” reveals an update for WRC Pricing Tables Ultimate.
Once applied, it now looks fine.

I’ve an issue with one of the update. Before my price tables were working great but after i’ve done the update, i’ve regenerate shortcode as usuall but it didn’t works. it wrote : “You didn’t add any pricing tables yet!”.
