I’m trying to get the wrapper to work with Woo Commerce. I’m using LearnPress and Woo Commerce and have a cardpointe hpp account and would like to use the wrapper but when I check out, I get “page not found”.
]]>Hello. I have been testing your plugin on my client’s site for a few weeks, after customizing their hpp. People can book tours and buy tickets to events through the site. It seemed to be working very well but I went back to the CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce plugin today, for the following reasons/issues:
1) after someone orders tickets or books a tour and payment is collected through the hpp (and payment confirmation email is sent), the order status is always ‘pending payment’. At this point, I have to manually change the order status to processing in order to trigger the new order email. This causes confusion and more work for my client if I cannot change the status immediately after orders come in.
2) Yesterday, a ticket order for an event came in, where we received the payment confirmation email from cardconnect, but the payment was not captured. The customer reported that she submitted her payment but she got the spinning circle. This only happened once, but it’s kind of a big issue I thought it wise to go back to using the cardpointe plugin for now.
3) In viewing individual woocommerce orders, the ‘Cardpointe payment processed (ID XXX)’ no longer appears in the order notes, even though the payments went through. With the Cardpoint payment gateway plugin, those notes appeared and I could assure my client that payments went through.
Please note that I am using the woocommerce anti-fraud plugin, as we had a credit card testing issue last fall. It looks as though fraud testing does not take place when I use your plugin, which isn’t earth shaking at the moment, but thought I would mention it in case there are known issues with this. Also, I temporarily disabled the feature that changes the order status based on risk score, hoping it would solve the status issue but it did not.
I would very much prefer to use your plugin for this site and another one, as the cardointe payment gateway for woocommerce plugin is no longer supported. Hopefully these issues can be resolved and if there is any other information I can provide, please let me know. Thank you.

I’m trying to get HPP working with my client. I added the hidden custom woo_id but its not passing the amount due, but it is passing the line items but with no price listed. Not sure what I am missing.
