Customer has been using Shopify for a long time and they were using variants for internal categorization and reporting. Is there a way to hide (only some of) the variants? On t-shirts I need to be able to display the size variant but the rest I would like to be hidden. Any recommendations?
]]>I initially synced all data because I didn’t properly read the instructions. Then went back and categorized the products that I wanted to sync. NOW the unsynced products don’t have a page (shows 404 error when you click on them) but they all still appear on the /products page and I can’t get them off. Do I need to go into the database to try and clear them out? Do I need to uninstall the plugin and start over?
I submitted a support ticket last week and am still waiting on a reply.
]]>I have a store setup, and was wondering if there is a way to show the stock quantity (for variations, if there are any).
The link referenced show the message “Hurry, we’re almost out of this one!” below the cart, but does not say how many are left. Also, what is the default threshold for this message, and how can that be changed.
Additionally, when I enable the Singe Product Shop WP Layout template, that message does not appear anymore.
Below is another example of a product without variations, and would like to also show the stock available, and control the notice threshold on single prducts.

Hello,
How do I make the text bigger for the product description? If I need to input a shortcode, how do I configure it with the current shortcode that displays the products?
]]>Looks like product metafields are included in the sync, but collection metafields are not. It would be ideal if collection metafields were added as records to the ‘wp_shopwp_metafields’ table during the sync like they are for products. Alternatively, if the collection metafields could be made available via the PHP functions for fetching raw Shopify data (via the ‘schema’ parameter), we could take advantage of that in the meantime.
It appears a similar support ticket had been opened several months ago related to PHP functions not respecting the ‘schema’ parameter, where the poster was also looking to use collection metafields, but it doesn’t look like the issue was ever resolved.
Do you have any updates on getting the ‘schema’ parameter to be respected or any plans to include collection metafields in the sync?
]]>I believe I have set up the plugin correctly to import product images to WordPress. This is correctly happening to some products, and the product image imported as a Featured Image to WordPress, but this fails to happen for some products.
Is this to do with a particular image file type, or something else?
The two screenshots below show the product within the Shopify store, and then the same product in the WordPress interface, with an empty Featured Image.

]]>Do the instructions for upgrading from free shopWP to Pro apply to upgrading from WP Shop? My configuration: Bluehost shared hosting->WordPress-Shop WP->Shopify-Printful integration. Please don’t suggest I contact the developer. As of this posting, I left a message on his chat app 28 hours ago, sent my email, and messaged him on LinkedIn. Nothing. Paid support on Bluehost left me waiting on chat for one hour, then they closed the chat on their end. I need to find actual support.

]]>We are using the get_collections()
function to return collections on the fly. This is mainly to get metafield data via the API for each collection
Documentation: https://docs.wpshop.io/php-functions#get_collections
The issue we’re having is that the schema parameter does not get passed through to the GraphQL query that ShopWP makes to Shopify.
When get_connections
gets called in the Collections
class it makes a call to:
$result = $this->Storefront_Collections->api_get_collections($final_params, false, $with_products, $query_params_products);
As you can see, the second parameter is set to false
. This means that the schema never gets to the final GraphQL layer Instead it uses the default collection_schema
in the Queries
class.
Can you please update theget_collections
object to pass through the custom_schema
to the subsequent functions so we can return the data we need from collections.
Cheers,
Nathan

]]>I just installed the plugin. Before I buy it I wanted to test it briefly. But unfortunately fail already at the connection.
When connecting to Shopify it comes to an error.
In Shopify the app was installed correctly. Only the connection from wordpress to Shopify does not work. At the end of the connection process it still shows “disconnected”.
In the Network tab in the browser there are 2 red lines at the end of the process.
“connection” as well as “settings” – in both the requested URL appears to be broken.

]]>Hey team, I hope you’re having a great day!
I’m having trouble connecting a site with Shopify. I get the below error on the Install app page in Shopify:
This app needs to be reviewed by Shopify before it can be installed. Contact the app developer for more information about this app.
And am unable to install the app in Shopify. The Shopify site is still just a “development” site if that makes any difference.
Are you able to help sort this issue out? Thanks, Conor

]]>Hi there – this may me a simple one, I’m not sure. I notice that the shortcodes don’t work when there’s a /path/ in the domain – such as a language subsite. I am using WPML with country paths such as uk, de etc. so it would be domain.com/country/
I notice errors like this:
message: “Unexpected end of JSON input”type: “error”Prototype: Object
onError @ vendors-public.8a5cae01.min.js?ver=1645721612:2
/nl/wp-json/shopwp/v1/query/products:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
So it looks like the country path ‘/nl/’ is killing it as it ca’t see the plugin files. Anything I can do about this?
Thanks
