The link href ist only a ‘#’ and when I click it nothing happens

This is a nice plugin, it works very well with HTML5 content.

It does not have any setting for header and footer, is there anyway that they can be customized? I mainly want to remove header and replace with a logo the post/page title and completely remove the footer.

This plugin is easy to use. However, the page I want to save as PDF is a long page. How can I control where to add the page break for the pdf generated?
