How do I disable the “alternative text” function in the featured image?
When I import content from a feed, this field is automatically filled in. Sometimes it is filled with elements that “break” the image, such as HTML elements, such as: <div>sample text</div>

This image above appears normally in the editor, but not in the post (archive), it is “broken”. When I remove the HTML tags, it returns to normal. I contacted the FIFU plugin support. Support informed me that FIFU does not generate these elements.

Could you help me solve this problem?

How do I limit the number of automatically generated categories? Sometimes the plugin generates more than 20 from one source. If possible, I would like it to generate a maximum of 5.

I have a WordPress site with the WPeMatico plugin installed. I’ve noticed an issue where WPeMatico edit campaign does not load properly or takes too much time when the NordPass browser extension is enabled. However, when I disable or remove the NordPass extension, WPeMatico edit campaign works fine.

Could you please help me resolve this compatibility issue between WPeMatico and NordPass?

P.S: The “Web Server doesn’t have the requirements” error was before I even added the code to functions.php

I encountered an error while trying to fetch an RSS Feed using the WPeMatico RSS Feed Fetcher.

During this process, I encountered an issue where some posts’ images weren’t being fetched, even though the original posts had images. While some images were fetched perfectly fine, others were not showing up, the images that were fetched weren’t the main images but the last image which is the social icon (globe looking thing)

I found a possible solution on the WPeMatico website and added the recommended code to functions.php. However, I am now experiencing a separate issue where I get a “Web Server doesn’t have the requirements” error message. Despite this, I have been able to successfully fetch feeds sometimes, but other times it fails completely.

Could someone kindly point out what I might be doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a way to put search to search keywords or whatever in the feeds?

I have tried to use the settings to turn the embedded image into the featured image, but it doesn’t work.

Here’s an attempt to NOT strip the image out of the posts. The image space is there but the image is broken and doesn’t display. If you right click on the image and open it in a new tab though, it displays.

Do I need to pay you in order to make images work?

We need to link back to the special Event
For example the post/Event which is displayed (Online-Praxisworkshop Mieterstrom und Quartiersversorgung erfolgreich planen und umsetzen Juni 2024) we need to link the whole post to this link https://hoe-veranstaltungen.de/event.php?vnr=b8-10a but the link is not automaticly fetched to the post it is only the overview page which is displayed when clicking the arrow or picture. When i click the title the second part of the link is right (event.php?vnr=b8-10a) but the first part is https://house-of-energy.org and it needs to be https://hoe-veranstaltungen.de.

I created a You Tube Fetcher campaign. When I enter a keyword filter (must contain) with a word that I know to exist in all of the entered You Tube feeds, no results are returned. I know the feed works as when I run it without a keyword filter it works fine. It is only when I add a keyword filter that it returns no results when I know it should.

Does the keyword filter not work with You Tube Fetcher campaigns?

I just want to get the original feed. Wpematico gets more positions than the original feed, is that possible? In other words, is it possible to strip the feed to the number of positions as provided by the feed provider?

As installed on all Memcached sites, the plugin cannot take RSS. How to fix it?

We use your plugin as RSS. We don’t need to transfer the insides of posts to the site. Covers with links transfer well to the feed
Questions:

1. How to send Voo products via RSS, it doesn’t work, as with posts?
2. Search engines find the RSS post and go inside, but it’s empty! How to make them so that they are immediately sent via the RSS link to another site from which the post came

I am trying to configure WpEMatico feed fetcher and I have angered Cloudflare which is blocking my feed for about 45 minutes t a time.

The problem is, the way the plugin is configured I cannot edit the settings and save them to try again until the feed works again. This really sucks.

I need to be able to edit the feed settings and save them EVEN WHEN THE FEED WON’T LOAD!!!

The problem I am having that is requiring all of these loads is, the post date is now, instead of the date from the rss items. Sometimes it works, sometimes it uses the current date.

I’ve been using this plugin to keep tabs on my favorite YouTube channels on my blog. But now that YouTube has started this short video frenzy it’s filling up my site with short 10-15sec videos.

I used to collect rss feeds from the follwing URL with Wpematico (and without any problem) :

I had to disable them (site in developpment), and now that I want to reinstall them, I get an error (??…A feed could not be found… the status code is 200 and content-type is text/html; charset=UTF-8…??)

I did check them in other applications : they seem to be allright ; I did not change anything in the parameters of Wpematico, and I have dozens of other URLs collected smoothly with Wpematico:)

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

We have been using your WPematico tool for quite some time now. Unfortunately, the German translation is very bad, so you simply don’t understand some things correctly. Therefore here is my question:

I’m desperately trying to integrate our feed from one into one of our other websites. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to use the cover image as ONLY the featured image. Each time the image is also included in the text. What am I doing wrong? I’ve already gone through so many options:

I’m using wpematico professional. My feed put the image url inside a tag called <imagenURLHQ> and so the feature image is not fetched because it is not inside the description tag.

Is there any way I can set the featured image? I tried to create a custom tag feed and try to override the {image} feed tag with no success. I’m open to do it programmatically as well if you point me to a specific callback that I need to change

Hi, I tried fetching posts from a non-wordpress site to a WordPress site, everything working fine except the post permalink.

My old site permalink is https://domainname.com/cinema/actor-dhanush-to-attened-his-assistant-wedding-reception/cid12228075.htm

But it’s displaying in new WordPress site like https://domainname.com/cid12228075-htm/

I need to set same permalink without .htm like cinema/actor-dhanush-to-attened-his-assistant-wedding-reception/cid12228075-htm. Can you please suggest best solution for this.
