Love this plugin, but recently came across an issue.

If you have an Envira Gallery on the same page and it’s set to open in a lightbox AND, on the same page, you have a WPD video embed with ‘open with lightbox’ enabled, the Envira Gallery, when opened, opens 2 ‘versions’ – the Envira Gallery lightbox and, underneath it, a Magnific Popup lightbox.

First, I’d like to just thank you a lot for the effort you’re putting in the plugin. I’ve added my 5* already.

I’ve been using your plugin to add Youtube videos to sites for a long time and am very pleased with the control over parameters it gives me (if there was a faster way to add it, like a selector or something, would be awesome… but that’s just a nitpicking… lazy me). Typically I disable things like titles and related videos.

Recently I had to replace the video and now suddenly titles and related videos are showing up. I have not changed anything else just the URL to a different video. Is it possible that the author of the video is ‘forcing’ them somehow? Or, there’s something else in play.

I’m not sure why, but the video is not showing and is instead just showing a black box with the custom play button on it. I have checked all settings. Some video images on the page are showing but most are not. I have not enabled a custom video thumbnail. When I push play, the video plays fine. Just the cover image. Any help would be great.

So, for some reason, when I select a poster image for my YouTube video embed, it doesn’t display on the frontend after publishing. I’ve tried different images, replacing the image I want to use, and still no go. The weird thing is that when I’m in edit mode with Beaver Builder the poster image displays just fine. It only disappears when I publish it. And yes, the poster image is coming directly from the site’s media library.

Any idea why this is happening? I’m launching this site this week and really need to get this bug/issue sorted.

P.S. It works just fine for the YouTube vid I embedded on the homepage but, I did that one about three days ago so, scratching my head with this one.

When I select the option to open the video in a lightbox, it just opens a black box with nothing in it. If I select not to use the lightbox, it works fine. I would prefer to use the lightbox.

Hello! Is there any chance that you could add Beaver Themer / Advanced Custom Fields connectivity to the Custom Thumbnail image selection portion of the plugin? I’ve got a scenario where custom post types each have an associated video. Allowing my client to manage the video thumbnail inside of WordPress (instead if in Vimeo) would be really great.

Hello! I’m getting some cross-origin errors with an embedded Vimeo video in Safari. When I use Safari’s developer tools and disable cross-origin restrictions, the thumbnail image for the video loads. On the page linked to, there are two videos. The top one is embedded with the default Beaver Builder Video Module. The lower video (usually displayed as a black box) is embedded with the WPD Responsive Video Module.

The lower video is not pulling in the Vimeo thumbnail. I’m checking with my hosting company (Flywheel) to get their take on the issue, but also wanted to post here.

I’m using the plugin on a staging site to display YouTube videos. It works fine on the desktop view, but on both iPhone and iPad it displays a black box instead of the video image. I’m using the BB Cache Helper plugin, and have cleared the cache on my hosting site, and on my mobile browser, but that hasn’t made a difference. I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome. I’ve also deactivated plugins.

Since 2.0.3 (inc 2.0.4) the ‘Disable Beaver Builder Enhancements’ options no longer save on in WordPress multisite / sub-site.
So they can not be disabled. The tick boxes blank again on save.

Worked fine prior to 2.0.3. All caching turned off.

I recently updated Beaver Builder to 2.1.0.2 and WPD BB Additions to the latest version.
Video play icons are missing. BB upgraded to Font Awesome 5, but I tried it with activating Font Awesome 4 and deactivating 5, but it’s still the same problem.
I also tried deleting and reinstalling WPD BB Additions plugin, clearing out cache, but the icons are still missing.
Also, when I try to go edit the video module on that page, it hangs.

I setup a video on my homepage today. It appeared to work when I was logged in, but now I noticed it’s just a black box. Can you help?

I like your new animations. they will add to the impact of my sites. One thing that I have long wanted, the Beaver Builder does not have, nor any other animation plug-in that I have found, is the ability to control the duration of the animation (not just the delay). This could greatly affect the drama of a site, and help me better control where users eyes go.

Is it possible to add this? If I could get a 5 second fade in-wow.

This might be a parameter in YouTube that I’m not aware of, but when someone clicks the play button in my website I’d like for the YouTube video to either open in a lightbox, or a new window. I’m using this on the dashboard of my BB site to display tutorial videos and some of my clients might not realize they can make the video larger by opening it in YouTube.

The “Advanced” tab in the Video module is missing in V1.8. I found an older version of the plugin (v1.0) in my Downloads folder and and activated it. The “Advanced” tab is now showing.

I’ve just installed the plugin and all is well, apart from on one site.

When using the Animation feature I get an issue.

Any settings simply make the object suddenly appear, with no animation at all, however, the BB inbuilt effects work perfectly.

What should I be looking for in this instance. Any advice appreciated.
