Is there any way i can force the password to default to SH1 when creating a new user?

CSS and JS Files Empty?

Is there supposed to be some content in the admin.css and admin.js files. Because this is what’s currently in them:

admin.css
/* Admin CSS */

admin.js
// Javascript

Nothing really in them but comments.
