I’m trying to move a hosted WP site to WordPress.com. I’ve installed the Move to WordPress.com plugin and when I click to get started, and log into my Jetpack/Wordpress.com account, I’m presented with this error:

You are not authorized to import content
Please check with your site admin.

I’ve tried disabling all of my plugins with the same result. I’m not certain what the issue could be. Any advice out there?

I have the image caption error. For example the image caption in the article below: https://styleafrique.com/2023/04/09/kaela-kays-red-carpet-dresses-a-stunning-display-of-elegance/

The caption reads – The Benita Flare Dress Photo Credit kaelakaycom – instead of – The Benita Flare Dress. Photo Credit: kaelakay.com.

The image caption does not show punctuations and symbols like / in most of the articles on the site.

I have changed the theme to the default theme and it is still the same.

Can anyone help solve this bug.
