Hi, will there be any investigation into this? I have counted this happening to at least 4 users so it’s not an isolated issue.
What I think I have found is that when I add a product to a collection via the Product page, standard bulk-edit feature, it assigns products to Collections but this reverts after a few minutes.
If you go to the Collection page, Edit collection and add products from there one by one using search, the products DO stay in the collection! What’s the difference between these two methods if one works another doesn’t?
Although this method works, it’s not very user-friendly and it would be much quicker and more convenient to assign Collections to Products on the general Product page.
It would also be awesome to have the Collection available on the single product page too (this is a tickbox in Screen Options but it doesn’t show the field).
I’m happy to share logins etc to my test site if it helps demonstrate this if you can’t recreate the bug.

1) Conditions is not working at all, no products are shown with the conditions even waited for few days.
2) Removing any tags or items from the list and save update, the items will still be there after update.
Is there a way to show only the products of a certain collection? A shortcode or something?

]]>confused on how you are supposed to see the collection after you make one. I created a collection, added products to it, but when I got to collections/collection-name it says page cannot be found. I tried to create a page for the collection-name and it now pulls it up, tried adding the wpcpc shortcode and nothing. Is there something else you have to do? I cannot find any documentation for the plugin.
]]>Hi, love this Plugin – it’s just what I need to recreate how Collections work in Shopify!
However there is some really strange behaviour in assigning products to a Collection. Some (but not all) products, when added to a Collection are added OK, I can click on the collection via the front-end and it displays all the products in them. But they are removed from the collection a few minutes later. Is there any reason for this?
I have been assigning the Collection via bulk-editing in the Woocommerce/All Products page. When creating/editing on the single product page, I cannot add them to a Collection because when select Collections via Screen Options, no additional fields are shown. When I tick the Collections box via Screen Options, the next time I edit a product this box is unticked.
This is using WordPress 6.1.1 and PHP 8.0 (FastCGI). I have tested different versions of PHP and the same behaviour happens. Also have disabled all plugins except Woocommerce and this and it still happens.
