Hello, i would like to place the order tip in a different place than the plugin allows. Ideally next to the “Place order” button, or after the Order review. Is there a custom hook, or can i use a shortcode for a custom placemnet?

I have installed the WPC Order Tip 3.1.0 plugin, and it does not update the cart when I make the different tip changes, how could I fix this problem?

Working great for the last few months but when sales dropped suddenly we noticed something was up. Upon inspection the tip selector just spun and didn’t add the amount. I think it scared off buyers.

Disabled for time being.

form-pay.php is a page that is triggered by a manually created order. The order details is sent via email to the customer. In the email, the payment link triggers form-pay.php

It looks like currently this plugin only supports adding tip on the cart page and checkout page. How can tip be also added for form-pay.php?

Even on the live demo site, the plugin is working incorrectly. It does not take the percentage of the subtotal, but instead uses the number as an absolute amount. For e.g. 10% is treated as a $10 tip.

Good morning! Is there a way to make the TIP information available so that it can be shown in PDF’s or even available to export with WP ALL EXPORT. We can’t seem to find the custom field anywhere and are unable to export the information.

For example, if someone added a $10 tip, i want to export this with wp all export or even have it show if in the pdf if we use woocommerce pdf invoices and packing slips plugin or Booster.io PDF’s. Nothing is showing up anywhere for the tip amount.

If you put a – value in the ′other′ field, the tip creates a discount. Someone can remove the whole balance with this. Please make a rule that no minus values are allowed to be entered.

Followed instructions precisely in your video and from a step-by-step web page, and still the tipping text and function doesn’t display. I tried disabling my ad blocker, refreshing cache, and still no luck. Suggestions, please?

Hello, thanks for the great plugin. We use the woocommerce square plugin to process payments. when a customer enters wrong info and the payment fails, it removes the tip amount when the page refreshes with the error message. When the customer corrects the info and the payment processes the tip is no longer included.

If products are set to include taxes, the tips is calculated without tax! There should be an option to include / exclude this as the usual tips is for the full ammount of the order!

Hi I am using woo commerce block for checkout. And the select tip feature is not showing up on the checkout page. but I am seeing the total. (it will show up on the default (woocommerce short code ) Can I somehow insert short code block to appear on page or something on functions php?

Is it somehow possible to round the number for the whole number (integer)? to have not 10.5 but 11, or nor 15,3 but 15 etc… ?

The plugin has a fatal bug ! the customer ( not real customers they are scammers ) can add negative value ( using custom value ) then it will be act as an discount !!

At least, there should be an option in plugin setting to disable negative values.

2) Looks like it does not support multi currency? Because I have in czech version value 25 CZK, but when I chhose different country, it sets to 25 EUR (its huge difference ?? ) Is it possible to switch it off for other countries at least and leave working just for the Czech republic for example?

Is there a way to show a customer’s tip separate from the total when a receipt is printed? I can’t tell when there is a tip and so the totals printed don’t match.

When i installed this plugin, “name your price” started appearing on all products. We just need it for donation one product. Do we have to manually go in each product and disable.

Whats the best solution given that we have alot of products.

if the customer fails payment initially (the reason may some fields are wrong) the tip is removed from their total. Then the customer corrects their wrong field without noticing the cart total again and makes the purchase. They thought they paid TIP but they don’t who’s payment failed initially.
