Hi,
I have this widget enabled to show on the cart and order page.
In the shopping cart it doesn’t show (but only on the order page), and on the order page it only shows on a computer (on a phone it doesn’t).

Why?
Adding a shortcode doesn’t help either.

]]>Hi, I would like to move this text here in the screenshot. As you can see, it is too much to the left and not aligned with the rest of the text. How’d I do that?
]]>Hi,
When I configure and test the plugin on Google Chrome it works properly. When I test it with other browsers ot incognito mode it always shows free delivery regardless from the amount set in the settings.
Can you check? Thank you in andvance!
]]>Hello there,
I hope that you’re doing well today! ??
I have installed the Free Shipping Bar plugin, but the shipping bar isn’t displaying at all. However, when the order qualifies for free shipping, I can see a message that says, “Your order is qualified for free shipping!”
This leads me to believe that the plugin is functioning to some extent, but the progress bar itself isn’t appearing for some reason. Could you please assist with this issue?
Thank you very much, and have a wonderful day/evening!
The notification is displayed in the basket and checkout only if the threshold of 200 lei is reached for free delivery. The bar is not displayed at all
]]>Hi, I installed this plug-in and from the start,, it always shows that one qualifies for free shipping no matter the amount in the cart. I set up the WooCommerce free shipping threshold correctly. Below are images:
It looks like they are not loading but please go to the website and add something to the cart to see that it gives free shipping text
]]>Installed it, activated it, thought it was working (on the back end) but doesn’t work on the front end!
Please help!
]]>I have encountered an untreated bug in your plugin that appears when no free shipping is predefined. I’m working on a new site where I activated this plugin before I set all shipping options. The error appeared the moment I tried to add the product to the cart.
Here is the description of the error:Uncaught DivisionByZeroError: division by zero in /volume1/web/wp1/wp-content/plugins/wpc-free-shipping-bar/wpc-free-shipping-bar.php:523

This was initially working a few weeks ago when I set it up but I was just reviewing the site and it now just tells all guests that they’ve hit the minimum needed to get free shipping regardless of how much they have in their cart currently. Any ideas how to fix this?
]]>Hi there,
Visually very nice plugin. But unfortunately the free shipping is not calculated correctly. The plugin still shows free shipping – €75.50 if you are over the free shipping limit. If I then enter the shipping costs again in woocommerce and save them, then the calculation is correct again. Thanks for help.
Regards Gisela
]]>The plugin was working fine but suddenly, without making any changes to the shipping settings of my store, it started always showing that shipping is free instead of displaying the progress bar with the remaining amount, regardless of the minimum purchase. Please, can you tell me how to fix this?
I had to temporarily deactivate it because there were complaints from customers who thought shipping was free, but it wasn’t when they completed their purchase.
thanks
hi dear,
i use a plugin called “Flexible Shipping method”. With this plugin i can obtain ship at €5,90 in cart is between 0 to 49,90; € 3,90 if cart is between 49,91 to 79,90 and free shipping if cart is over 79,91…
Using the plugin “Flexible Shipping method” I can see only a text when total cart is over 79,91. When the cart is from 0 to 79,90 the bar that incourage free shipping is not shown…
how can i add the various steps showing the bar?
tnx
Since the latest update about a week ago, our orders in our shop went to zero. We had no clue as no errors were logged.
Finally customers called us and told us they see “We were unable to process your order please try again.” after filling all required checkout fields and hitting the Send button. No matter which payment was chosen.
This was tedious to debug, had to disable the whole shop and deactivate plugin by plugin. WPC Free Shipping bar was the issue. After disabling, customers could order again. Don’t know what the interfering part was.
We are using latest WordPress 6.4.3 + WooCommerce 8.7.0 on a system with PHP 8.1.27.
]]>Hi there.
We only offer free shipping to certain zones (city / metro zones). We don’t off it to rural / non-metro zones. We have the necessary zones set up in WooCommerce Shipping.
I am wondering what logic your plugin is using in order to determine whether customer qualifies for free shipping. If they haven’t yet entered a shipping address (or post code, which is what our site uses to determine their shipping zone), the plugin might incorrectly tell the customer they have qualified for free shipping.
Is there any way to avoid that situation, with your plugin? Or will it only work on stores the have a free shipping option across all zones?
Thanks,
Jonathan
]]>Hello,
I am using this plugin along with the Smart Messages one and the Woo All Products For Subscriptions plugin. My issue is that I want the notice to be displayed only when I add the product in cart as a one-time purchase, not as a subscription. I have put the conditions to exclude the subscription products, in the Smart Message settings, but it doesn’t work. Maybe there is a snippet that could help me?
Thank you.
]]>My webshop offers free shipping for orders over €120, but there are also some items that qualify for free shipping even if the order is under €120. This is setup in Woocommerce using a flat rate shipping fee of €0 for these items.
When I add this item to my shopping cart, shipping is correctly displayed as free, but the Free Shipping Bar indicates that I have to add more to the shopping cart to qualify for free shipping.
This is confusing. Is there a way to fix this so that the Free Shipping Bar doesn’t show when shipping cost = 0?
Cheers
Niels
Installed & not working. I saw below in another post to comment out return (//return) on line 441 in the plugin file but that broke my site.

]]>Hi there!
I’m trying to use the free shipping progress bar, but it’s not showing at all in the fly cart (WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce). I’ve tried to disable all the plugins one-by-one to check for incompatibilities, but the problem still persists. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance ??
]]>Hi there, is the plugin supporting multiple currencies? As far as I am experiencing it is showing the same free shipping threshold for for all currencies. So 60$ is in GBP £?60 or in EUR 60 € while the actual threshold in these currencies is actually lower than GBP 60 or EUR 60. I am using Fox Currency Switcher from Codecanyon.
Thank you!
]]>Hi there,
We installed this plugin yesterday and noticed that the free shipping bar does not show up. We’ve read the documentation and followed the instructions on setting up the shipping zone accordingly.
https://woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/##section-1
A caviat is that we use wordpress.com and wonder whether that could be the reason. Additionally, we use the cosynest theme with elementor. Any help would be hugely appreciated!
]]>Is there a way to show the progress bar without shipping info filled in on the cart of checkout page?
I would like the customers to see their free shipping progress bar before they fill in their shipping info.
Please & thanks.
Thanks for your great plugins. I have tested a few different of your products and I am very satisfied, always works with great design.
Now I wonder if it is possible to always show Free Shipping Bar on the product page without having to put something in the shopping cart first?
]]>Hi,
we have products with free shipping, using shipping classes this way:
https://www.businessbloomer.com/assign-free-shipping-single-woocommerce-product/
It works, shipping is not calculated (or it is zero) but your bar is still displayed. It is confusing.
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks
]]>Hello,
Recently we’ve started using a plugin for weight based shipping and it also comes with free shipping feature. Although it seems that the free shipping bar has stopped showing after we used this plugin.
Plugin name:
WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping
You can set it up so when order subtotal is above 450 for example. You can set the cost to 0 and it will change the the label to Free Shipping from weight based shipping plugin.
]]>If I update the product quantity on the cart page or if I remove an item from the cart then the progress bar and the remaining amount don’t change. It changes only if I refresh the page or if I add product to the cart.
]]>Hi all ,
The website uses 2 free shipping ways for the same zone , e.g. the first free shipping takes 1-2 days delivery time and the second free shipping takes same day delivery. At the moment the WPC plugin shows the prices set for same day free shipping . Please advise how the plugin can show the price of the first encountered free shipping set in the woo zone settings . In the below case 39€ is to be displayed to the customers and not 59€.
Thanks alot
]]>Hi Dears, we are unable to use it, we have done all the settings but still the bar is not showing anywhere. also correct me if we did some mistake, where we need to set the value of free shipping, we did not see any field to do it so.
