We have encountered an issue where the “WPC Free Gift Coupons for WooCommerce” plugin is affecting the Order Subtotal calculation in the cart, mini-cart, and checkout pages.

In our WooCommerce settings, we have configured the prices to include tax, and everything functions correctly until we activate the WPC Free Gift Coupons plugin. Once the plugin is activated, the subtotal calculation seems to be incorrect.

Is this a known issue? What steps can we take to resolve it?

I have installed this plugin, and it looks great, however unlike the demo site upon entering the coupon code, absolutely nothing happens.

The demo site, upon applying the coupon, shows some products which you can get complimentary. On my website, this simply is not the case – nothing changes when the coupon is applied. No discount to the product, and nothing complimentary added to cart.

Your advice would be appreciated. This plugin looks like it will be perfect for what I need! I just am struggling to get it to work!

Hello,
I tested the new WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) on our staging site and a notice popped up saying that it is not compatible with the plugin “WPC Free Gift Coupons for WooCommerce”.

I was wondering if your developers are currently working on it being compatible with this upgrade in WooCommerce, if this is the case do you have a timeframe as to when it will be ready? Or if this is not happening is there a place where I can submit a request for this to take place or can vote for this feature request.

This plugin cause incorrect calculations on my site. It happens since i activated this extension. Final price is correct but price before discount is way too high (tax added twice)

I don’t know what I’m missing, but I’m trying to get my site to function like your demo. What I mean by that, when you add an item to the cart and view cart, you are displaying a “View Available Coupons” link under the Apply coupon section. And when you apply the coupon, you see the available free gift below so you can see what you are getting. I do not see the “View Available Coupons” link or the free gift option once applied.

Any advice would be great. Not sure if this is part of the same plugin or if you are using something else to achieve this.

When i activate the Free gift coupon, i can’t change the order status anymore. I get this message :
“Le lien suivi est expiré. Veuillez réessayer.“
