Please fix (permanently) again!

A recent site audit for my site has shown some missing stylesheets for this plugin. I’ve had a look through the code and it looks like it’s trying to enqueue two stylesheets that aren’t in the assets folder of the plugin.

wp_enqueue_style('jquery-ui' , plugins_url('assets/css/jquery-ui.css', __FILE__) );
wp_enqueue_style('datepicker' , plugins_url('assets/css/datepicker.css', __FILE__) );

Both of these lines are trying to include styles that aren’t present. Could you take a look at this please?

Does this plugin allow to add tracking code for this?
Or do you have a separate plugin I can use?

Zoho CRM is configured but I continue to get Please configure CRM message. I cannot find a way to reset API keys and reconnect.

Any ideas?

My client has there Zoho setup and it seems to be on the URL

When I try and enter the login credentials into the settings it was coming up with “Please Verify Username and Password.” error.

Taking a quick peak into the actual code, I can see its hard coded to crm.zoho.com.

This is receiving a “no such user” response from the zoho end point. I quickly changed the URL to .eu and received a token as expected.

Are you guys going to add support for zoho.eu? if so how long will that take?

Does the “Sync WP users” button sync both ways (Zoho to WP and WP to Zoho). I am building a membership website witn Memberpress and I need WordPress Users to sync with Zoho.

Do not know if it’s me that does not get it or if there is something wrong. I am a new user of Zoho so that’s maybe something important I’ve missed.
Have tried Wp Zoho Crm on two of my websites but the same error occurs. I have followed the instructions on your plugin page. It says after provide username and password, click the “Get Authentication Token Key” button. But there is no such button after providing those data.
I did go ahead and pressed the save button, I got a message that it was saved. But when I click the ‘fetch crm fields’ button no fields show up like in your screenshots and a line above the title says “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in / home2 / Diffner / public_html / 2452 / wp-content / plugins / wp-Zoho CRM / getfields .php on line 50” It is the same on both websites.
I have double-checked that my information is correct and tried to login to Zoho with them and they work. I also can see inside the Zoho to an authtoken is generated.
I have also deleted the token that was and tried again, but without success.
Has created a contact manually inside Zoho contact manager so that part seems to work. Either it’s a bug with WP 3.9.2 or I’ve missed something obvious. Please help me.

I am using the free edition of zoho which allows 3 users for free. My WP version is 3.9.1 and the latest version I found for wp-zoho-crm is 1.1.0, even though all descriptions say the last is 1.1.1 couldn’t find it anywhere, not even in your svn page.

The issue is that the form displays in any page using the page shortcut, but does not send the data to zoho upon completion. I tried this other short codes [wp-zoho-crm-pro-form name=”XXXX”] type, but wordpress does not understand them, and display them as the are “[wp-zoho-crm-pro-form name=”XXXX”]”.

So either this plugin does not work in wp 3.9.1, or I am doing something wrong. Please help.

We found that in some rare cases from users report, when to many oauth tokens are created and exceeds the API limit set by zoho. Which in turn returns Wrong Credential error. This can be fixed by deleting some of the oauth tokens manually in your zoho account here – https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/authtoken >> MyAccount >> Settings >> Active Auth Tokens.

Also ensure to follow these simple steps properly

1) Got to Settings Page , Enter Username , Password and click “Authentication Key”, The “Authentication Key” will be automatically generated.

2) Save Settings.

3) Click on “Fetch CRM Fields” This action will fetch the crm fields from the zoho crm.

4) Now go to “Lead Form Fields” or “Widget Form field” select the fields you want to display, and click “Save Field Settings”.

5) And use the short codes according to your needs.

I am logged in and authenticated with a token, yet when the shortcodes like [wp-zoho-crm-pro-form name=”4YTcK”] is placed on a page, it does not render. The page just prints out the shortcode.

Hi, I’m using this plugin to capture user data when they register with the website using the built in WordPress register form. I have added some custom fields to the wordpress user register form but I can’t get the custom data to go to zoho.
