I changed the phone number and the shape of my whatsapp button, and the changes came through instantly…..but only when logged in either as admin backend or a demo subscription account? When I opened an incognito tab the old icon still remains on some or all of my pages.
What’s the solution please?

]]>I noticed the post type pages in the backend all had centered titles (text-align: center). This is because I got another plugin that enables dragging to alter the order of the pages, which gives the table the classname ui-sortable and the rows ui-sortable-handle.
A style emanating from this plugin applies a global style to that class, causing these classes to incorrectly be center text-aligned throughout the entire wp-admin.
The ui-sortable classnames are pretty commonly used by all sorts of plugins, so this plugin should not be applying global styles to it. Disabled the plugin until this is resolved.

]]>Hi. Thanks for a great plugin! Is there any way to automatically open a new chat in the desktop app if a user has it installed? This works great on mobile, but on desktop, the app should automatically open too if it is installed. If its not installed, them it should prompt you to install it.

Thanks for the free and easy to use plugin.
I cannot determine after which version this started to happen, but Social Chat plugin breaks Blocksy Theme’s backend management funtions, like not being able to use features of the theme (not clickable or usable).
A sample browser console error line was like this:
The block “blocksy-companion-pro/code-editor” is registered with an invalid category “blocksy-blocks”.
This error line diminishes if we only disable Social Chat plugin, and all problematic funcitons come back.
Hi, we would like to move the Whatsapp button a little bit higher as it’s overlapping some of the website’s text. The only options we see for the settings are ‘Middle left’, ‘Middle Right’, ‘Bottom Left’ and ‘Bottom Right’ so we guess we will need some code to achieve this. Can anyone help with this? How can I do to the button at the same time by clicking on the button of your plugin? It is a mobile version on the link https://lukas-vanecek.cz/ (on the PC version it opens normally after clicking the button), but not on the mobile.
Normally it is open, but you have to have open whatsupp. If i have close whatsupp on mobile, than want not open it. It is show some error.

]]>Hi! thanks for your plugin! Since a few updates of your plugin, the input type=number arrows for the entire WordPress are disabled for some reason. When I hover the input, chrome and other browsers show the up and down arrows. If I disable your plugin it works again. Probably is a CSS of the plugin that is applying on every input type number. Can you check it?

]]>Hello, I am trying to translate this plugin with wpml plugin and button text “How can I help you?” is not translated. All plugins are up to date and I tried to search all strings in this plugin with wpml and after I found this text in string translation but after filling translation texts only the original text in english language is shown. If I change this text through social chat plugin settings only this changed text is shown for all languages so it is not translated. Please let me know if this text can be translated and how. Right now I have on site free version of the plugin, but this version should be translatable. Please help me to fix the issue.

I wrote the destination phone number with:
Country: +34
Movil phone: 619….
Bun if someone use from a movil phone in other country the whatsapp open the application in a phone number of the country of the phone.
For example, if I use a movil phone from France and I click in the whatsapp banner… dont use +34 from spain… It′s use +33 from France…. and the phone number is wrong.
Can you help me?

Hi! We’re having extreme slowdown issues with the combination of the latest versions of WPML and Social Chat. I don’t have any errors, just wanted to check if you’re aware of these issues. As soon as we deactivate Social Chat (or WPML, which is no option to us) the slowdowns disappear. Any suggestions? Thx!
