Hi Wall,
This works great using the sidebar, but is there’s a SHORTCODE it can be used?
Also from the F.A.Q saying put a code on the sidebar WITHOUT the widget? There’s NO codes for it to be used, where is the code is locate?
Please help, thanks,
]]>Hello Vladimir. Thank you for another great little WP plug-in. I also purchased SEO Smart Links and SEO Friendly Images from you some time ago.
I just wanted to report what appears to be a small bug in your WP Wall plug-in.
I wanted to set the width of both the textarea and the comment area to 220 pixels, so that it matches the width of other things in my sidebar.
However, while I can set the width of the comment input field to 220 in the CSS file, if I set the width of the textarea to 215 pixels or more, the right border disappears.
Oddly enough, if I set the right border to 214 pixels, the plug-in seems to automatically stretch it to 220 pixels, and shows the right border as well.
However, if I set the comment input field width to 214 pixels, then it is actually displayed as 214 pixels in the sidebar.
If you visit my blog, you will see that both textarea and comment input fields appear to be the same width. However, in the CSS file, the textarea is actually set to 214, while the comment input field is set to 220.
Odd indeed.
And I just now discovered more strange behavior with the actual comments box itself. If I add a “width” parameter to the CSS file in the #wallcomments section, and set it to 205 pixels or more, the right border of the comments box also disappears. However, if I set it to 204 pixels, it does appear, and stretches to 220 pixels.
So it seems that with both the actual comments box, as well as the textarea, the right border seems to disappear if the width is set beyond a certain number of pixels.
Yet both of them will still match whatever the comments input field is set to in pixels in the CSS file, when you actually look at the sidebar.

]]>Hi,
I’ve noticed that you can only once use the widget… is there a way to get it in two different sidebars at the same time? Need the option for mobile devices.
Thanks!
]]>Hi WP Wall –
We have recently updated our website and looking to keep the WP Wall on our site. We can see the plugin at work on this page: https://dev.cancerreallysucks.org/the-wall/
However haven’t a hard time getting the responses to display like we used to: https://cancerreallysucks.org/the-wall/ (sidebar overview)
Any advice on how we can get this to work better for us?
We are using the WP Wall for those that want to just tell us how thankfully they are.

]]>Hi, I’m helping a non-profit organization with their site and I’m having an issue with the order of the comments using Wp Wall plugin, I can’t make it to display in descending order, though it is configured in options panel. The last comments also shows without formating as if there’s something outside the markup. I can’t put the link because it is only visible to registered users but can put screenshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
Is there a way to change the link text for the “All” link without editing the plugin itself? That’s what I did after installing the plugin, so I (of course) lost the edit after updating.
Thanks!
]]>This plugin WP Wall doesn’t work with version 3.3.1
Hope you will promote it.
Thanks
what capability do I need to give a non-admin user to enable him to mark as spam too?
]]>Howdy,
I would like to know if there is a simple interface to add text to the wall programatically.
My goal.
Have a main page with the wall and then allow people to SMS/Email/??? in comments that are then displayed up on the wall in close to real time during a discussion forum.
Yours sincerely
David Ruwoldt

]]>It displays errors saying this or that function is deprecated and that magic_quotes are disabled. Not worthy of my time.
]]>thanks for mentioning that new feature in the changelog and making it optional.
I do highly appreciate your free plugins but this is happening more often these days that new plugin versions sneak in links back to the author.
]]>I’m not sure if this would be the right place for this but I am looking for something similar to this but would allow the uploading of images and auto-linking of URLs. Something similar to how folks can write on your wall in Facebook. I’d like to be able to have users posts comments/shouts to the “wall” but also be able to post photos, and links directly to the wall and have them accessible via a small link after the “comment”.
How hard would that be to add to something like this?
