AR is broken on iOS 12 when using iPhone XS

So when displaying on an iphone… the image displays so you need to physically spin the phone to view.

While in many ways this is great, is there a way to turn this off?

I have problems with this plugin in android(all the system, tables, phones, tested a lot of them). With IOS and windows go perfect.
In android move to fast,
the position changes very quickly, the video does not stay still, it makes you nervous and gives bad image for the web.
Any solution? thank you for your work,.

I have multiple spheres loaded using
[vrview img=”https://*url*/image.jpg” width=”700″]

It seems only one of the spheres will actually show.
Others are full black.

Is this a known restriction?

iPhone 6S Safari, I get the error message “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded”

iPhone 6s Chrome, I get the error message “Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. If you’re seeing this frequently, try these suggestions”
and
“Can’t open this page, Try the following tips: – Open page in a new Incognito tab – Restart Chrome – Restart your device”

This all leads me to think that it is a resource/memory issue. I have 6 different 360s (in popups) on this page, which are all trying to load at the same time… I have already reduced the images to the lowest acceptable compression. Do you have any insight or suggestions?

Thanks so much for building the best VR plugin on WordPress (i’m sure you already know ??

I am having a little problem with the plugin working on an image i have put on the page (link provided). worse thing is ive got it running on another website with the exact same version of wordpress and all the same settings (i even made sure the image was the same sizes on the one thats not working as the one that is working).

The other page where everything works perfectly is:

Receiving an error that says ‘Unable to Load Texture” I’m running WP 4.91. I’ve double checked the directory path. Everything seems to be correct. My spherical .jpg image is 2048 x 1024

When looking at the pictures in the page https://wp.flexledlight.eu/wall-picture/ they are not calibrated when I use a Cardboard Google VR viewer in which my smartphone is inserted (Galaxy S8+). I calibrated the viewer alright and images are fine with other applications (Cardboard, youtube…), but my images on WP make me cross-eye, they are not aligned.
Has anyone already experienced this ?
How to fix ?

I guess everyone would like to have the “google street view” feature that shows cliackable arrows to get to the next 360 pic.

I’m facing a similar issue as a previous poster. I’ve migrated the site to a different domain (no https), and am facing now a 403 error on the image when I do an absolute path, even though it’s on the same domain. I’ve checked my .htaccess file.

When I place a relative path, it offers me the “cannot load texture from…” error. Has anyone else had this issue, or any tips?

How can i add an image over the photosphere for instructions? When someone clicks on the preview image, the instructions should disappear.

Is there a way to make this responsive so it doesn’t break my mobile template but still looks good on my computer? Please let me know!

Video plays fine on Mac Safari/firefox/chrome and on windows Firefox/chrome but will not play on iPad or iPhone – instead it gives the message: Error – Video is not supported on this platform (iOS or IE11) On windows 10 IE or windows phone 10 IE it loads the plugin and then begins a loop of reloading the page. I searched and found no mention of this in support. Is this a known limitation that I ovrlooked in the documentation? It does say it supports ios8 or above, and our devices are running the latest iOS. Windows phone and windows IE 11 limitations aren’t as much of a problem for our goals with this as most people will have other options, assuming iOS can work. Thank you.

Congrats for this plugin, it works flawlessly. Only one small issue: the visitor of the website usually doesn’t realize that the image is a 360° picture, so he’s not interested to rotate it. I think that adding some controls (arrows) to rotate it or an “auto-rotate” option may be what this plugin needs to be perfect.
I’m holding my 5+ evaluation until then ??

first of all, great work with the plugin.
if we go look at it with a mac or pc, or even with an android phone it works perfectly fine.

when i try to take a look at it with an iphone (5,6,6+) or ipad, it just loads and after a while it makes the website crash.
all devices have an ios version of 10+.

what could be the matter?

An error appears in the Opera browser and in google chrome it takes a lot to load image, only in mobile it works well

It is allow to change the watermark link? We would like to link it to our own information page to our VR Projekt info on our blog.
