The plugin does not work. I am getting a React error in the dev console when going to Contest Categories.

Will purchase premium if I can figure out why it’s doing this. Won’t let me upload an entry. Popup shows: “Please wait file upload is in progress” / “Appending the files to the contestant”. Nothing else happens.

It seems that anytime the shortcode has to load, it turns the entire website background grey, messing with the contrast of over images.

I put a preloader in to try and hide the first part, but whenever you click Gallery, it turns the background grey again with the spinning icon, messing with every image on the site. Has anyone seen this before? Just trying to make it look as professional as possible

I downloaded and tested your plugin for a small photography competition we hosted. The pictures were all uploaded to our website (and tested the voting was ok), we were displaying the pictures in print in a small exhibition, we had QR codes with direct links to each picture that the viewers could vote on.

We found that a large majority of the users couldn’t vote. When they scanned the QR code, the page would load with the picture and the vote button, but when the vote button was pressed the picture and button would disappear and no vote was placed. This happened on IOS, Android, MacOS Chrome, Firefox and Safari, it seemed to be random, occasionally working but mostly not.

This proved to almost be a disaster at our event, but we were able to make do with pen and paper.

I would like to use your plugin because it does look like it should be able to do the job. But I couldn’t recommend it now. If you could look into this I’d be interested in trying again, obviously not a live competition but a test.

We use your pro version single website license. We are currently rebuilding our site on a different page builder and will remove our old site. We want to bring all the contestants and voting data to this new site. Can you guide us on how we can do that?

Currently the new site is on a staging server but it would be deployed on the same URL that we registered during purchasing your license.

Hi, I am using the free version of this plugin, and I created a category and two posts in the “Contest” menu in wordpress. But I get this error.

Warning: Undefined array key “name” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-voting-contest/wp-tus/wp-tus.php on line 28, 29 and 30.

I also see that the Category is not being saved when I look at the Contestants list table. What can I do?

I purchased the pro license for wp voting contest.
When I try to upload contest photo, I can see the message ” upload in progress”.
But never ended. and upload failed.

It is not possible to submit entries to the contest via the phone. It is, however possible to submit entries using the laptop or the PC. Can you please let me know this issue can be resolved?

When you vote, the screen does not change after you press the vote button. (Both SP and PC)
Displayed as 「proccesing」 and the display does not switch.
This will be accepted in the voting log.

When voting with SP, “undefined” is displayed and it seems that voting is not possible here.
This is not counted as a vote.

Please reply as soon as possible.

I have a pre sale question for a client. They have already started a contest on another platform, so their videos have gotten several hundred votes. Now they want to change platform. Can I start a contest with a pre set number of votes for each entry, in your plugin?

I’m trying to implement reCaptcha functionality for voting, but not quite sure how to do this.

I have added site key and secret key provided by google in plugins settings. When I turn on recaptcha auth for voting I get error with every error. It says it is not valid type of key.

Do I need to include reCaptcha site key in the website code manually? Which PHP file should I edit?

Can you import multiple photos at once. I can’t figure out how to do it. I want a simple page where I can just pick 50 photos from my gallery and have people not on which is the best. Is this possible, even with the paid version>. I can’t find any instructions on how o use this
