When we click on either the “Add-Ons” or “Upgrade” tab, we are taken to a brand new page. Instead, the data for those tabs should be displayed within each respective tab (i.e., below those tabs).

]]>I have plugin set up with Twilio, and I bought a phone number at Twilio. In plugin setting in WP admin, I can send a test text from the ‘test’ tab. But when I send a text to usergroup in ‘Bulk SMS’ tab, text does not get sent. On text that do not get sent, I see these error logs in Twilio:

(1) Your plugin update introduces a persistent, advertising banner that we cannot dismiss. The banner appears on most of our WP backend pages.

]]>In my usage scenario random members want to text each other via a site directory. That means both the “from” and “to” numbers cannot be hardcoded. Your description asserts messages can be sent to *any* number. That’s good – that solves half of the problem. What about the “from” number though? Does that need to be hard coded so that the site acts as middleman? The use case is a member selecting another member as a message recipient. When the target member receives the message will he/she be able to directly respond to the sending member, i.e. as in a normal direct text message exchange? What I don’t want is the recipient responding to the site or needing to initiate a new text session in order to directly contact the sender – that would be awkward and ungainly.

We were patient the first few days, but this is excessive and not something a lifetime license holder should experience. Your plugin requires that we input a decent amount of data and allows us to customize our SMS messages. We believe, therefore, the Export/Import module (i.e., adding the ability to export and import your plugin settings) would be very helpful to many.
We are posting this feature request in this forum to help prevent others from repeatedly sending (or posting) the same one.

Unfortunately, your plugin update now requires that we buy a license from you.
What’s going on? Are you going to update your plugin page to announce that 1.3.6 requires that we pay for you plugin? Isn’t that what your PRO version is all about?
Also, your “bait and switch” tactic does not agree with WordPress’ Guidelines for Developers.
