WP most viewed posts slider / Popular Post Slider
Thank you so much, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Works great with Neve theme i have it running on home page.
It’s so easy to use with Short Codes provided on the getting started page.
I can’t believe others have not found it yet.
I checked 5 others before this with no luck.

Plugin doesn’t work when you use the classic editor. Probably only when you use the Gutenberg block editor (and I never use that on my websites)

Great slider, you have a big choice of Designs.
And you can easily alter everything with CSS, if you need to finetune it.

As another review says, this is not a trending post plugin. It’s great at showing popular posts, but the ability to only show posts that were published within the specified timeframe is of limited use. If the timeframe is set to, for example, the last 7 days, and no posts are published in that time, no posts will show in the grid/slider.
It’s a pity, as the way the plugin deals with layouts is way ahead of other plugins, but it doesn’t do the one crucial thing it needs to, and that’s to display trending posts in a way I’d expect. 3 stars for lookng great, but that’s it, sadly.

I am using free version of this plugin there is issue in my wordpress theme i think to contact with support. i thought if support said we help in only premium version then ? but i contact support they help me and fix my theme issue. i am really happy thanks thanks alot.

UPDATE: I purchased the pro version for the extra features and it is a much better product for my needs. I have been running it for a while now without any issues.
The ability to show the number of views now exists (as of 6-22-20), at least in the pro version which solved one of my main issues.

I like the plugin, and I think it is a great choice for a new site or for a site that does not display post/page view counts. It seems to be lighter and faster than WordPress Popular Posts.
Previous post/page view counts, however, were not imported at install, and there is no way to perform this task. Granted, I changed from WPP so that may have been a contributing factor.
Additionally, the plugin does not offer an option to display the number of post/page views.
These may not be an issue for some people, but for others it may be. If you can deal with these limitations, this is a great plugin. I give it 4.5 Stars

My WordPress theme didn’t come with related posts and I looked around for something that would work when I came across this plugin, Trending Popular Post Slider Widget. It was very easy to set up and looks great on my blog page and on my single post pages. I also needed some customization to the plugin to show the number of views and the developer was kind enough to give me the code to add to the plugin which works perfectly. Plus, he answered me quickly. I would highly recommend this plugin!
