When attaching a document to the form and submitting it you do not see it in the ticket that is saved on the website. It only happens with the attachment, the other form fields work perfectly.
I have completed your configuration as follows:
Attachments are not uploaded and all profiles have file upload permissions.
I am using the free version of the plugin.

I have your free plugin and I want to buy your woocommerce addon, but I have serious issues to translate it into italian language:
1) I need to translate the message “You are not allowed to access to this area. Please contact the site administrator” into the form “open a ticket”, when an user is not logged, I changed the “no access message”, through the edit settings forms, but still the english message;
2) I want to translate the buttons: “File upload” and “Submit ticket” into “Open a ticket page”, and the button “search tickets” into the “search ticket” page, but I don’t find these voices when I create the wp-ticket-com-emd-plugins-it_IT.po and mo files with poedit

Everything was working well until I realised some “functions” were not working properly, like the ticket predetermined status, now tickets get created without status in place of having “Opened” as initial. Another thing has stoped working is the Topic List, when creating a ticket it should show all the topics created but it just shows the “select one” option. Does anybody have idea of what could be ? Slugs are not the problem cause I’ve checked it, and some fields like “bug” haven’t been changed.

An user was reported an issue about when GamiPress was activated in conjunction with WP Ticket
Error comes that WP Ticket is redeclaring P2P classes
In you function _p2p_load() you should add a check similar to this one to avoid any issues:
if ( function_exists( ‘p2p_register_connection_type’ ) )
return;
Also, on P2P 1.6.5, author was included an autoload file to avoid any issue like that

Until very recently, before I updated to 4.7 and updated the plug-in, I was able to remove the WP Ticket pages from the menu, now they are back. I’ve tried multiple times to remove them from the menu and although they are not in the Menu list, they are still showing on the website. I’ve looked at it on multiple browsers and it’s all the same. Clients are getting upset so please help!

]]>I just realized that when requiring a topic and selecting “other,” when trying to open a ticket, that it replies with the error of “topic is required.”
To work around it I changed it to “Other Issues” and the slug to “other-issues”, but thought you might like to know.
