I have setup all the things but users cannot add new topic or comment to the any topic.

It would be really cool to have the “Blog Post” (in the uid drop down) populated with comments (snippets of) made on blog posts even though the user didn’t author a post him/herself.
Just a thought.

]]>Maybe I am expecting something else, but how do my users add a post? I see the your posts in the profile, but there is no link to add a post.
I don’t want them mucking around the back end, so like add to gallery, I figured there would be a link to “add post” or some such.
Thanks

]]>Hello,
very nice plugin, thanks. Is it possible to display the full text of a comment or at least the first 150 signs or so?

]]>Hi
Another issue. If I enable the custom style settings for WPS Blogpost then it interferes with the theme style settings elsewhere on the site. This only seems to happen with the links colour, but that’s quite annoying. Do you have any thoughts on how to modify the style settings so that it doesn’t interfere with anything but WPS?
Thanks,
Andrew

]]>Hi, I installed your plugin but it doesn’t seem to work at all. Not sure how to get to the bottom of this but I’d really like to! I love Symposium, my blog is very important to the site and what your plugin does is precisely what I want.
BTW, I don’t know code but can follow clear directions. I am also running S2Member for page and content restriction but can’t see why this would interfere…
What info would you need from me to help me find the problem?

]]>Hi again AG, I was thinking of a few features that would be pretty neat for your plugin, and came across this existing feature that doesn’t seem to be “turned on”
Adding one row to members’ WPS Activity each time they comment on a post or a page.
When I check activity of members whom have posted comments to an entry on my site… for ie https://videogame-art.com/my-profile/liquidspacie/ his comments don’t show in his activity. Any ideas?
Furthermore regarding a feature, would you consider adding a “Favorite” option? Meaning someone can Favorite/Like a post and that entry gets added to their profile in a similar fashion to the gallery uploads I have working on my site, https://videogame-art.com/my-profile/polygoo/ thumbnails and all. Would be great to have that additional functionality.
Thanks again!

]]>Hi AlphaGolf,
I receive this error in the admin area
Warning: Missing argument 8 for __wps__install_row(), called in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-symposium-blogpost/symposium_blogpost.php on line 167 and defined in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-symposium/menu.php on line 2819
Looks like a quick fix, but I’m not sure what to do.
thanks

]]>Hi developers,
I have just installed on WP-Symposium the latest available version of Blogpost (Version 0.0.14). Unfortunately it does not create the page and therefore the menu item as per your instructions.
I have manually created the menu item (in the horizontal feature) and the 2 posts i previously created using Word press became visible. I did also create a page called blogpost and inserted the shortcode [symposium-blogpost] and i couldn’t visualize nothing, except my the written shortcode. I can see in the Installation that there is a record of Blogpost but there is no page linked to it.
Please can you help me?
Thank you for the great work ??
