I originally used a default survey and then made a copy and tried that one as well. The result was still the same. If I remove “1.” it will then throw an error in another question but with a different query.

]]>Hi – I have been using four surveyme forms on my site with no problems. Recently I added a checkbox question to each of the surveyme forms. After this, one of the required fields went missing on the results form and the following error message was seen on one of the questionnaires when it was submitted (other different error messages appeared on the other forms)

We have our survey up, the only issue that we are having is that once someone hits the submit button, instead of receiving our message that their survey has been submitted they received the following:

For a radio button or check box field we want to add ‘Other’ as one of the options.
Is there a way to add a text box next to “Other”?
For example,

I do not want to collect Name and Email. Can these fields be removed or hidden?

I’ve set up the surveys I’ve been testing an have made some test submissions to each survey. But, when I DL the CSV files and import of open them in Excel they are empty.
I spit one out via PHPMyAdmin and got a reasonable file. But that won’t be a safe method for my client.
Any reason the DL versions would not have data?

Could you confirm there is no built-in option for this and if we wanted to do this it would require custom development on our part?
]]>It seems that the CSS for the surveys within a post are scattered between two different CSS files within the plugin directory. wp-style.css and survey-style.css.
Is there an easy way to override these styles in our main stylesheet? If I edit those files directly, they’ll simply be wiped out upon updating the plugin.
So far no style in the main style.css has been able to override the plugin stylesheets.

My survey has a checkbox group with about 20 choices. This is compulsory.
I did not flag any of them and then submit the survey. The page as expected then showed the red frames for the mandatory fields/options. But all checkboxes are now flagged.
Is there any fix for this? Is this a known issue?
