The survey doesn’t appear in either Chrome or ie. (Yes, I clicked the little link in the upper left to “activate” the survey.
In reviewing support post on this plugin, I noticed that several others had the same problem. I also noticed that there were ZERO responses from the developer!
Admittedly, I am using WP 4.4.2 and this plugin does not claim to work with it. But it didn’t work with others months ago, either.
I’ve wasted over an hour with this plugin and now must conclude that it, even though it has nice features, is worthless —at least for me.
If anyone can tell me how to make it show up, I’ll reconsider.

At least for me is not working. The plug-in is installed and on the configuration page looks like everything is working fine, but the survey never been displayed on my site.

This would be 5 star stuff if it could accommodate free form answers as well as multiple choice, e.g. a text input or textarea.

Hi,
Love the survey plugin
But
Is there anyway I can publish the Updated Results after someone completes the survey.
Not the export report but the `View report which shows all results in a graph
A short code would probably do it ???

It’s a wonderful plugin thou with an error that prevents the pop up in Chrome and IE.
I solved it by Changing
function getNextQuestion1(priority=0,user_id=0){
/*………….*/
}
to
function getNextQuestion1(priority,user_id){
priority || (priority = 0);
user_id || (user_id = 0);
/*………….*/
}
