The current color really clashes with the rest of my site. Perhaps either giving a a couple of options for the Support Centre theme would work?

First of all, thanks for the wonderful plugin. Use it and I am very impressed!
However, i do have a couple of questions:
1. I mistakenly added a wrong configuration for IMAP. Now I am unable to find any option to delete that one.
2. Is there a setting which controls how frequently does the plugin fetch mails from IMPA. I could not find one.
3. This is actually more of a suggestion than a question.
I have woocommerce installed on my site. So when the user I assigned as Support-agent (non-admin) logs in, he is always redirected to woocommerce ‘My-account’ page…and is never able to access the backend.
Though I was able to write custom code by hooking into woocommerce actions and filter, to redirect the support agents and support-supervisors to be able to access the dashboard, I think it could be a feature in the plugin itself.

I tried different themes, but the colors and the font stays the same and I also don’t get the tabs right.
Any hints about that?

Interesting plugin!
Very smooth and straight forward but two things:
a) Running Windows 10 and Edge browser. When submitting the ticket, there is some black effect (hm, what is it now called? ?? ) and it freeze like that. One cannot click on the button and return.
Refreshing the page do release the freeze.
b) How should the visitor read the answers? Login as whom?
