with the past version of wordpress 5.5 no other plugins active you can’t select source of supersized slides images attached to post no more.

Hi. I am trying to change the background body with supersized but for some strange reason it gets placed in the bottom, under the footing. FOr some strange reason, it perhaps only shows 100 pixes tall so most of the images are cut out. I tried to understand in the options why it is so but no luck.

Does anyone know how/why that could be?

Hi, i’m trying to put different background for my pages, I want to put different images depending on witch page I’m but I don’t know how to do it.

I’m using the pluguins Nextgen Gallery and WP Supersized, I I have no idea how to work with them together….

When I put one gallery as background it becomes the background of all my pages, how can I put different galleries for each one?

has anybody ever managed to get a specific image X if category Y is on display? either a specific image by category (custom fields?) or maybe the first image of the first post in that category…

did anybody already manage to display the supersized slides from the bottom right corner.

i’m using the supersized slides on desktop and mobile responsive. the bottom roght corner of the desktop version always provides some space to see a nice detailed part of the fullscreen supersized images. the detailed part is always the bottom right corner.

on mobiles i’d like to make this part filling most of the mobile screen.

I want to exclude Supersize from one of my pages but am finding that whatever settings I check under the Display options – including having none selected at all, the background slide show shows on every page.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I am using the WP supersized plugin on my homepage and it looks great on desktop! However on mobile it seems to be over-riding the layout and everything becomes a bit messy and it pushes the menu off the page! Is there anyway to have the b/g slideshow work on desktop but not on mobile? Or do you have another possible fix for this?

Navigation between images seems to work fine in webkit browsers but in ie11 it seems to stop responding after two slides. Anyone else found this problem?

My client sees some of the background images on the homepage starting to repeat at the bottom. I do not see it on my end except when I open the ‘inspector’ within the browser.

Hi,

I installed this plugin on my site last week, like I do on many of my other sites. Randomly this morning, I am seeing an error:

Notice: Undefined index: show_in_template in /home/dev/public_html/my-site/wp-content/plugins/wp-supersized/includes/WPSupersized.php on line 111

(I have WP_DEBUG On and Show All Errors as well).

I am only using WP Supersized on the Homepage, and have it selected to do so.
It also says on my Settings page:

Select the page template(s) where Supersized should be used
Sorry, no template found. Your theme is not using any non-standard page template

Any idea what the error is and/or if it is a problem that needs to be fixed or can be ignored once I turn off WP Debug?

I have a litle problem. I want to show the supersized pictures at all pages, post but except at one page.

I set:
show on all pages by ID and wrote all the the ID’s
show on all post by ID and wrote all the the ID’s
and show on All Articles Page

Than supersized wans’t shown at the All Articles Page

So maybe there is a other option (in my case more easyer solution) for hiding at one page.

I’m not so good in PHP, maybe somebody can help me with a litle snippet for the header.php : If PageID is 33 than don’t show supersize.

For some reason suddenly the default image and supersized script loads in to random pages. The settings are all disabled (pages and templates) regardless this code is injected to all pages when edited and the default gallery appears to all the new pages. Is there any fix?

I’m linking the entire background slide show found on the homepage of https://PotomacWhitewer.org to a different page in the site. I am using the Background URL box located at the bottom of the WP Supersized administration area, functions tab. Using potomacwhitewater.org/potomac-whitewater-calendar/ in the form field after the pre-labeled https://

My gallery is a background slideshow on the home page of the website using photos in a gallery in the NextGen gallery.

The slideshow background will not link. Can you provide some additional guidance?

I prefer to not use xml as it is necessary to make this an easy process for a client.

Hi, I’ve noticed that when I include an apostrophe ‘ in my NextGen gallery description that WP Supersized fails to load up the corresponding gallery… I’m not quite sure which plugin is responsible, but it would be nice to see a fix for this rather basic error (with potentially nasty consequences as it appears to be accidentally injecting SQL to the database!)

I chose for theme integration, phpBB inside wordpress. I have two problems. First, the system is not responsive to changes in page.php, even though I selected that with Advanced Options. Second, it seems that the Forum appear inside a certain post. I have the title of the post on the top of the Forum. Any advice?

hi

I have the plugin running and it is displaying the images where i want but the timing between slides is not working

i have the slide transition set to 8000 m/s [8 Secs] and a FADE effect deployed.

there are 3 slides in total but it is taking 20secs between each transition

any idea how to fix this?

Hi,
I am developing a website and find this amazing WP Supersized plugin that does what I aim for. I managed to have it display the gallery using NextGEN and also showing the thumbnails, etc.

However, I would like to have the search image feature for the gallery. So I was thinking each of the images has tags and people could use a search bar to search on the images’ tags. Right now, I have the search bar working fine and it shows the search results like this. I want the search result to shown just like the gallery at the background image. Would that be doable using this plugin?

Zooming does not work properly in firefox.
When zooming in the image gets large. That should not happen.
When zooming out the image gets even larger.
I compared with safari, chrome and opera.
These browsers work fine.
Somethins wrong with the resize function in the script.
I also compared with the previos version of supersized.
This version also zooms impeccably.

Have you observed the same behaviour?
Do you know how to fix this bug?
