Don’t bother with this. Find another.

It causes JavaScript errors that will kill slideshows, etc. because it’s trying to load an outdated version of jQuery instead of the version already bundled in WordPress.

It also tries to load an outdated version of FontAwesome.

This plug-in is out of date and causes problems. Do not install it.

It’s useful speed-wise, so looks good at first. But then I realised it caused…

– Customise/Preview to fail
– Ajax Search Lite to stop working altogether
– Warnings in Chrome

And those are just the things I noticed. The plug-in is no longer supported by the developer, so it’s a no go.

Tried it on a single page site that I was having some speed issues with and it worked very well. Super easy to use – install it and that’s it!

The only problem I have with it is that it doesn’t seem to be getting any attention from the developer for a year or so if I read the info correctly. So the plugin could be a security risk as a result of no recent updates. Could be wrong about that, however.

I give it a full 5 stars regardless because it seems to do do what it says it will do.

Have just installed this (dead easy) and the Google page speed improved massively! (Also checked on Pingdom Website Speed Test)

Page load time: 4.2 —> 1.4 seconds = WOW!
Faster than: 52% —> 83% of tested websites = WOW!

Mobile speed: 56/100 —> 72/100
Desktop speed: 65/100 —> 86/100 = WOW! WOW! WOW!

I’m no programmer, and couldn’t have achieved these improvements myself, so I am very grateful for this plugin. It just worked.

Finally this one was it for me,over all this plugin is the most lightweight and stable plus easy to use plugin i have seen so far.
i am running a more complex website with a′lot of resources,today where speed is one of the most essential part for your success,so it is very important to have a good optimized website.

I tried another plugin called Gzip Ninja but it had a negative effect (brought my clients site score from 89 to 88).

On our site (studiothought.com), WP Super Simple Speed brought the score from 85 to 95/100! Time loading was first hovering between 15-16 seconds on our site but this plugin brought that time to under 4 seconds! That’s pretty amazing!

Before this plugin was installed and activated, our client site (interiorcreation.net) was getting a score of 89/100 and a page load of about 13-14 seconds but this plugin shaved time to under 4 seconds and a 95/100 score.

I have both this “light” version and got the premium as well.
The premium version conflicts with Visual Composer, so if your theme is dependent on that plugin don’t upgrade.

Another issue is that the developer don’t answer on support tickets and their site is closed “until further notice”. Always a red flag for me.

But, this plugin, the light version, is great.

Do not think, just do it!
Instal and you have to do nothing else.

BUT… hotlink protection IS a PROBLEM.
I cant use this plugin due to its hotlink protection. I have good reason not to use hotlink protection, therefore I cant use this plugin.

Maybe if you guys can put checkboxes on what function one wanna use.

This plugin is REALLY awesome. Just installed it and our Google Page Speed rating went from 50/100 to 88/100. And the overall speed improved amazingly. I am completely and utterly non-technical and am learning hard and fast on the fly. This plugin was so easy and instant that my site speed improved beyond belief.

I loved it so much I immediately upgraded to WP Superformance where I received an email letting me know how to install optimally.

I was interested to see how well it worked so I deactivated all my other plugins (Autoptimize and WP Super simple) to get a baseline:

perf grade: 76/100 Requests: 67 Load time: 22.9s Page size: 3MB

Activated Superformance and HOLY DOOLEY –

perf grade: 94/100 Requests: 121 Load time: 12.02s Page size: 598 kB

So I still have some work to do but I am totally crushing on Rynaldo Stoltz who (for $16 measly dollars) has saved me billions of hours of hitting my head against a wall and crying with frustration.

So yeah, you should download this plugin.

Seriously, this is probably the best performance plugin available.
I’m not sure how will it work with my cache plugin and few more tweaking plugins for features that can only be done via backend, but even if don’t, I’ll probabbly ditch them all and just leave this one ;).

Outstanding work, and belive it or not, this just came to me in the right time. My wp site was dying for this.
In October I’m switching to Litespeed from Apache, and with this, its gonna fly and keep my palms cool ..

Better than expected. My site was loading pretty slowly. I used this online checker and it was loading slower than 87% of all websites, take over 5 seconds to load. I installed this. Now my site loads faster than 65% of al websites, taking only 2.3 seconds.

Didn’t expect it to work so well! Huge difference. Rock on.
