Terrible customer service, terrible plugin, all terrible don't use! (1 star)

I have a site I’m developing for a business and I need to get it done somewhat quickly. I installed this plugin because so many others had and though it looked good. It was glitchy from the beginning and would screw up REPEATEDLY.

At that point I needed it to work so I went to their site and ordered it online and paid for it. The site said I would get an email with all the info I needed. I never received the email, the pro plugin or anything. I was in a bind and got no responses from anyone.

I bought and loaded A DIFFERENT PLUGIN which worked wonderfully and I highly recommend. Not glitchy, no missing data. just an all around better product.

At that point I was hoping to get my money back. I emailed the developer and he basically said it was a digital product and I should “buzz off”. I wasn’t getting anything back. I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT’S A RIP OFF. AVOID THEM!

The plugin is not accepting the user credentials as mentioned in a different thread that the developer closed for some reason, with no solution.

Works well, wish it did more… (3 stars)

I apologize for the diferences I encountered with the vendor.
The plugin works well. Pricey though but, I could not find an appropiate one to this task.

It could feature more, although many of the things it does have are limite more by SugarCRM than the actual plugin.

Ill keep up to date as I go along

This plugin was poorly coded and pretty much does not work. No response from developer about errors.

Pro version has ionCube Encrypted code, breaks GPL (1 star)

The free version of this plugin is virtually useless. The pro version is encrypted, which violates the GPL open source license WordPress and its plugins must adhere to. The identity and location of the apparently disreputable company behind the plugin is made intentionally unclear on their website. AVOID.

Hi,

The free version is completely useless, it only allows you to grab the last name, no phone, no email, nothing – USELESS! You have to pay $99 bucks for the pro to just get sync and capture of anything useful. Overpriced…
