Hi,
I added Divi Blogs Extra yesterday on my staging site and it worked great – so I purchased WP-Staging Pro to then push these changes to LIVE. However since doing this we are unable to login to the WordPress dashboard as per normal and the login screen just refreshes prompting for login details again. I have cleared browser history and cache. Edited the wp-config.php. Tried Renaming the htaccess.php. All as per this article i.e. https://wp-staging.com/how-to-fix-wordpress-login-page-refreshing-redirecting-issues/
I do not believe it is due to conflicts as it worked great in the Staging environment.
Please advise. Thanks.

]]>Hello – We are trying to use the WPstaging to update our website. We have cloned the site but we are unable to open the staged site and get the error: Cannot log in because WordFence 2FA authentication module is detected, but it does not work properly with the WP STAGING login form. Error message: undefined
We can disable 2FA but not remove it.
]]>Hi,
I want to try out the WP Staging Plugin and created a staging site on a separate URL. But, what happened then is that all the content on the original site disappeared. I wanted the original site to be up while I worked on the staging site.
I created a backup using the WP Staging Plugin, but I didn’t do that until after I had created the staging site.
All the content on the original site can now only be found on the staging site.
How do I restore the original site to as it was before I created the staging site?
Kind regards,
Christian

]]>Hi WP STAGING developers.
I have recently begun working with WP STAGING and I find it very useful in most aspects. However, linking between pages in the staging site is unpredictable, to put it mildly. Sometimes I am directed to the corresponding page in the published site, and sometimes I get a Not Found error. Your troubleshooting guide has a lot of suggestions for fixing this, but I find them cumbersome and not always effective. Instead, I have written a very tiny Chrome extension that can switch between a page in the staging site and the corresponding published page – and vice versa. Using this, issues with linking between pages in the staging site can be rather easily circumvented, without having to reconfigure the site.
Please have a look at this YouTube video (which also displays the link to the extension in the description) to learn more about the extension. If you find it useful, you might want to suggest using it to people with the same type of problem as I had. Also, if you have any questions or criticisms about the extension, please let me know.

]]>My website is hosted by Elementor. I installed the plugin to create a staging site, and then went through the steps to create the site. Once I did I tried logging into it and it would not accept my username and password, the page would reset and nothing would happen, it would still show the login screen. I went into the settings and disabled the login requirement, but it still sent me to the username and password page and would not login. I tried clicking the direct link, but it comes up as being blocked by Elementor’s firewall. Please help.

]]>Hello, I’m using the free version and I’m trying to create a Staging with the WP Staging Plugin. When I do, it stops at 33% and shows the Fatal Error : 0 because my server seems to be slower. This absolutely broke my website and erasing the plugin from the folder didn’t work at all. I had a copy of the web so this was no real issue, but I really need to do a Staging of the website. I already use your recommendations for slower servers so what’s happening here? Thank you in advance.

Was ist zu tun? Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe!

]]>Hi there,
Almost every page of my site should have a short video header. When I created the staging site the videos were not in the media file. I copied them in, but they were apparently in a month/year folder. What will I expect. Should I keep building then reimport each video in the staging site? I tried it twice.
