Hello,
I have problems with FB and Google + it doesn’t seem working.
On the FB tab, doesn’t recognize my profile although validated in my FB professional page. So, impossible to list the reviews.
On the Google + tab, the API key is validated, I see my reviews but as soon as I clic on “list reviws’, nothing appears, as if I had none, exactly like FB.
Could someone help me with that please ?
This is a great plugin, I wish I could set it up on my website.

Hi! I’ve added the google reviews widget but most of the options of the plugin are disabled and I cannot use them, is there a problem with them? My wordpress version is 4.9.4

Thanks for the plugin.

I encounter a problem though, when trying to display Facebook reviews : each review is nested inside the previous one, as you can see on the page provided in the link section.

Another (small) issue is the fact that the provided shortcode is wrong! It displays :
For Facebook and Google Reviews - [wp-social-seo rotate_random="3" factbook_review="true" google_review="true"]

facTbook instead of facEbook

I am already using Yoast and am pretty happy for my main SEO needs. Is there any way to disable all other functions other than the social reviews?

How to stop automatic email for review request?

Using the latest 6.1.1 version of the plugin but having a little trouble working out exactly what all the settings and features are for.

Is there are guide somewhere as I am having trouble getting the shortcode and a few other features working.

Also while I am asking, is there somewhere to set how long between switching reviews on the WP Social SEO Reviews widget? and is there a widget that functions (lists reviews vertically) like the Google Reviews Widget, but combines both the Google and Facebook reviews rather than separate widgets?

Lastly, if you selected a FB page in the FB settings menu, and wish to select a different FB page instead (i.e accidently clicked wrong one) how do you do so, there does not appear to be an option to change it.

Hi, thanks for this nice plugin. I use it to display my facebook reviews and it works well on widget. However I am enable to make it work with the shortcode, may you help me ?
Also is it possible to speed up the widget to change of review faster ?

In the company name, I put Men's Shed
And the google tester did not like it,

I think when rendering, you just have to remove the backslash.

All JSON testing tools indicate that the code generated contains an extra comma. Could you please update or advise where (in what wordpress .php) that string is located so I can make the edit.

When I test with Google Structured Data Testing tool it gives a JSON-LD parsing error. The error comes near the end on your script, it is the final } just before the ] seen in the code below:

I am not sure why that } is causing the error. Maybe out of place (syntax) error.
Would you be able to tell me where that piece of code is (what php) so that I can try and edit it.
