Hello, I believe there’s an important feature that should be in WPSR: the ability to download the profiles of social reviews locally and update them during another sync. Loading the profile images from the local server of the website is better than loading them from external sources.

You can have a good taste of how this plugin works with the free version but I can tell you that you should consider investing on the Premium version as soon as possible. This plug in makes it quick and easy to add a review template to your website. It is easy to understand and operate. I had a problem with accessing my Facebook page reviews and submitted the problem to support. The support team was quick to respond. It ended up being Facebook’s fault but support kept me updated and a new updated version of the plugin came out which fixed everything.

I’ve tested other social plugins, most of the time they were bloated with unwanted stuff. WP Social Ninja is feature rich, but very well-thought-out and seems pretty lightweight. It just works, templates are great and easy to set up and with a bit of CSS, you can do almost anything.
Using this allowed me to remove at least 3 others plugins that weren’t doing the job properly to begin with.
They also offer quick and thorough support on their product (using the Pro version at least).

I had a problem with the Social Reviews module of GMB. I contacted the support who offered me a solution the next day even though I’m in France with the time difference problems.

When a plugin is not compatible with a cache system I usually have to surrender to the idea that I can’t use that plugin, but WP social ninja support not only was very active in assisting me but they even released an update that made the plugin compatible with my cache system (litespeed) within just a few weeks!!
