]]>Hi there Im using your plugin and its awesome however i have noticed an issue. In the backend my feed images are all square which is how i want them. but when i view it on the front end, the images are portrait size and its adding a flashing background either side which is quite annoying for user experience. I have noticed there is CSS being added by the plugin:

Is there anything that can be done about this? I don’t intend to remove WP Social Ninja but if nothing can be done I would have to find an alternative.

]]>Hi, thanks for your nice plugin, it works like a charm to display Google reviews on desktop version, however i have an issue on mobile.
Using Avada theme, I have created on Social Ninja a specific template to display only 3 Google reviews maximum on mobile version (settings are “Number of reviews: 3” and “Number of Columns: 1”), but surprisingly, the website keeps displaying every reviews on mobile, therefore more than 3.
The same template with the same settings works perfectly on desktop version, it only displays 3 reviews.
What could be the issue with the mobile version?

I didn’t want to leave you a negative rating but I would strongly recommended making it clear which features are free before we waste our time installing the plugin.

Amazon reviews are broken. I now get a DB error. Uninstalled the latest (free) version and rolled back. This fixed the problem
Error message:
Table ‘***REDACTED***_wpsr_reviews’ doesn’t exist (SQL: select * from sjiqwha7_wpsr_reviews where platform_name = ‘amazon’ and reviewer_name = ‘Patti Lucas ‘ limit 1)
Rolling back the pro version didn’t work. Only the free one.
Facebook feed isn’t working correctly either. Not all posts are showing on feed (reported), and just discovered that there is an error when going back to edit the template. “Error
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘data’)”
On top of that, once a Facebook page is selected during initial configuration on one site, that is the only Facebook page that will show up on others domains when initial connection is made. This, even when a user has many Facebook pages that should be selectable.
At every turn I ran into problems. Giving up for today. This isn’t ready for prime time. Sorry.
