I was using another variation of this (by Pepe) but recently that’s stopped working. This plugin works nicely except it combines multiple galleries on a page in to a single large gallery.
I thought maybe the answer might be here in the settings area:
Autoload Selector
div.entry-content, div.gallery, div.entry, div.post, div#page, body
But for the life of me I can’t figure it out. How to keep multiple unique galleries separate?

]]>I’m currently using “WP-Slimbox2” for my WordPress Gallery images, so once a user clicks/taps an image it opens up.
Is there a way to add swipe functionality on mobile devices so users can navigate the images that way?
The Gallery is done through a WYSIWYG editor which has been extended with PODS, I’m trying to make it so no extra classes etc need to be added on the user end of things down the line.

]]>I have unchecked the “Enable on mobiles?” option but Slimbox is still always enabled on my iPad. This causes issues with large images that can’t be displayed on the iPad’s small screen. Is there any way to prevent slimbox from functioning when viewing the site from an iPad? FYI… I am using the WP Touch Pro plugin to format my theme for mobile displays. Your plugin works great on iPhone and Android phones but seems to always be enabled on iPads (and possibly other tablets). Thanks!

]]>Hi, was wondering a couple of things, hope you can help me.
1. I am unable to access the admin panel/page for this plugin. When I go to activate the plugin, there is no “settings” link, nor is there any sort of way to get to the admin page. When I try to navigate to admin.php, it says access denied (not that I expected that to work, but it was worth a shot). I am on the on 3.7.1 wordpress, and 1.1.3.1 wp-slimbox2. Is there anyway to get to the admin page to edit some of the available options?
2. My other problems are a little more problematic. First, I am in the process of redoing my website in wordpress (time consuming for me due to lack of php experience and not really knowing how to go about it). So right now, I have a website that is normal HTML/JS/jQuery/etc. and the blog is loaded into an iframe under a normal installation with an edited white paper theme (eww i know). When this is done, and I try to use slimbox, slimbox loads into the iframe which is often way lower on the screen. I tried to tell slimbox to load to window.parent.document but it was not working. ex: i edited slimbox2.js (it had the only mention of “body” other than under options in index.php) to this
function(){w('body', window.parent.document).appendBut, this did not work, it still displays inside the iframe. Anyone know if I can get this version to display out of (or above) the iframe to get to the full browser until my conversion gets completed (if it ever gets completed) If I can get this to work, it would be greatly appreciated!
3. I was looking to change the opacity and color of the background overlay (css: lbOverlay). I edited every mention of the css, and went through each php, ended up editing index.php to this:
'overlayOpacity' => '0',
'overlayColor' => '#abc123',but nothing worked. I went through every php and only saw black, #000, 000, etc. a few times and edited them all to reflect what i wanted, but was unsuccessful in my efforts

This appears to be an issue with autoload.js. I’m using WP-Slimbox2 on another site (both 3.6.1) just fine (both 1.1.3.1 plugin version).
Code in question is images.unbind(“click”).slimbox(options,function(el)
Basically plugin is not working at all. I have disabled other plugins one by one with no success. Perhaps a conflict with something else? jQuery related?

]]>I updated the plugin today, and while it didn’t boot me from my admin, it at first prevented me from properly making changes in the admin. When I would try to save any options for any plugin, post or page it would sent me to https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/options.php but all I would see is a blank page of death…
Once logged out my attempts to reach the login page were met with a blank white page. The front-end was not visually affected.
I’ve disabled the plugin for now, but really it’s quite necessary so I’d like to see a fix for this.. or, where can I download the previous version?

I really like the lean solutions Slimbox2 provides.
One of the features I’ve discovered on my blog running WP 3.5.1 and WP-Slimbox2 1.1.2 is that using the standard WP gallery feature, when the user clicks on one of the thumbnails, the “large” thumbnail (with the size defined in WP media settings) is displayed in the lightbox. E.g. here: https://beta.artagenda.com/norbert-moslang-capture-kunstmuseum-st-gallen
The trick is to put link=”large” in the shortcode: [gallery columns="4" link="large" ids=".., .., .."]
However, when I now wanted to apply the same to another blog (also running WP 3.5.1 and WP-Slimbox2 1.1.2), the same shortcode doesn’t work: The thumbnail always links to the attachment page, and clicking on the thumbnail there of course displays the full image in the lightbox :-/
Does anybody has an idea what code snippet might make the difference? I’d really love to implement this function on my blogs…

Cause some writers in my blog don’t look at picture sizes so some pictures with a width of over 5000px were uploaded and show up that size in the slimbox.

I am using NextGen Gallery Custom Fields to manage caption data for my photo galleries. Can someone please explain to me exactly where to place/change the code so that when the slimbox is opened, instead of the caption being pulled from the “description” field, it is pulled from the custom fields instead?

I’m having a strange issue where the overlay is appearing on top of the “pop-up”. The image opens normally, and then the tinted overlay just appears on top of everything, no fade like usual.
I’m sure this is some css or javascript thing, but I don’t even know where to start looking to fix it.
