Faq is incomplete.

1.Files missing (/images)

2.Output of shortcode gives bad result (e.g Faq category gets echo’ed above each single question whilst it should only be shown once above all questions in one categroy)

3. I can make FAQ categories, but I cant output single categories using shortcode. for example: [faq cat=33]. I can only output full faq at once.
