I use Shorties a couple of years, but the ‘fake directory name’ between website-address and shorty-name is a bit too long : 8 characters, ‘go’ is better ? more space for the shorty-name.

But : if I change this in options, at some moment today, I’m affraid I loose the working of 8 x 15 = 120 old weblinks.

1. some solution ?
2. is it possible to enlarge the characters for the short-url ?

Ik really like the idea of this plugin ?? but it is not working for me. Installed the plugin, entered a short url, no attributes, 3 # opens, the long urls and entered nothing in Probability. Added the link to a page, but it only opens 1 link. Can you please help me out?

Just did the 3.0 update on 3 sites and stupid me did not check update was working. The plugin was not installed because of an error and now I have massive links that are not working!!

Will this install be corrected? How long? and what to do until it is?

Just wondering if there’s a ‘noindex’ setting I have missed somewhere? I use the plugin on my site at https://www.nodepositmobile.co.uk and it’s brilliaaint but I just noticed that the links are being indexed by google.

Should I just add something to my robots file or is there a built in setting?

I’ve had a support ticket in for a while now and no response. I think maybe this company is gone. If not, would love to get help for these errors that are now showing up on my WP Shorties admin page.

When I try to view my logs, I am unable to view page #2 of the log results. When I try, it just takes me back to the main wp-shortie page.

Any way to set the default URL for all the posts?

I would like to display “domain.com” all the time, regardless of which posts, page, site etc visitors are visiting…
