First thanks for your work! I build an Elementor template for the posts category detail page. I can see the SEOPress meta-description I filled in the head tag if I examine the code source.

But I would like to be able to display that meta-description on the category detail page, visible for the visitor. Is this possible?
Currently I tried in the Classic Accordion Elementor element where I would like to display the meta-description as label. With dynamic tag, if I select Archive title or Archive description, it displays the category data. But if I select Archive meta and set ‘description’ as key, I’ve got nothing.

Maybe I’m doing this the wrong way, maybe ‘description’ is not the correct key. Any help will really be appreciated.

Disabling the plugin is making the things normal. Otherwise the display area is distorted while trying to see all posts page.

I have been a little frustrated with the lack of response when opening a ticket (SEOPress Pro). I first opened a ticket in the middle of last week (and saw the conformation on the screen that it has been submitted) with no response. I created another ticket yesterday and still have no response (I checked spam,. etc). So, let me try here in case other users can help.

I am having problems creating a meta description on WooCommerce category pages. Specifically, I can enter into the SEOPress UI on the category page and save (with no errors). But the meta description doesn’t appear in the HTML itself.

Curiously, when I first edit a category page the preview (in the SEOPress UI) doesn’t show the meta description. But here is the really weird part….if I copy the text in the text box into the clipboard i.e. just Ctrl-V (nothing else), the preview shows the meta description. But, if I save it the meta description is still not saved to the page itself.

This is a pretty significant issue for me, so I’d appreciate any help on this.

We updated the free version of SEOPress and now notice the TinyMCE editor on the category description content box is no longer working. The switch is set to on under the Advanced settings, but it still does not show. Switching off and saving and on again, does not work either.

We do have the SEOPress Pro plugin also installed and that is at the latest version: 8.5.0.1

Any thoughts on how to fix this. We’ve had to install another plugin to get the functionality to work again, but it would be nice to not have to do that.

In the dropdown option I click “Review” then the next dropdown is “Review Item Type”, but nothing in there is applicable for clothing as it shows things like Media, Game, Organization, Creative Session etc…

So instead of “Review” I tried “Product” but that asks for info like SKU number, availability etc… so not what I need either.

How do I find simple clothing reviews in the schema?
