Hi there, Google is actively accepting the “review” schema again. Can we have the plugin updated accordingly?

We are currently using “product” for our reviews but the results are not optimal: we have several errors and the microdata are not appearing on the search engines. If we try using “review” we have errors as well, there still is a “product” markup appearing and creating issues.

Support seems to be non-existent. I emailed them last year to cancel my subscription and they never got back to me, even with multiple follow ups. My subscription renewed recently and I tried contacting them again with no luck. Any idea who I can contact to get this subscription cancelled?

We have submitted 2 support tickets on your wpsemplugins website, the first over a week ago, but have not yet had a reply other than the auto-reply that our message was received. Whenever I try to update the WP SEO Structured Data Schema Pro plugin, I get the following message: “Update failed: Download failed, Unauthorized.” It’s also written the following: “Automatic update overdue by 2 years. There may be a problem with WP-Cron.” Moreover, when I try to renew the yearly license on https://wpsemplugins.com/checkout/, the ‘Purchase’ button is deactivated (i.e., it’s hidden by a transparent circle preventing me from clicking on the button). Even when I try to contact the support team (https://wpsemplugins.com/support/), the ‘Send’ button is deactivated there, as well (same on the ‘Contact’ page where the ‘Send’ button is also deactivated: https://wpsemplugins.com/contact/). If what is required for the plugin update to take place is for me to renew the license, can you please fix your form so that the ‘Purchase’ button is activated on https://wpsemplugins.com/checkout/? Hi,

we use to copy or DEV version once per month when new dev are ready. We of course copy it into our production server to go live. We use your plugin since 2 month and each time we copy the DB + code the Schema of the page is not anymore active and visible in front and Back.

We notice that FAQ are still available on those pages. We also notice that data come from Autofill function and there is information about page URL (that is not the same from DEV to PROD of course…)

Each time it happened if i search in DB i can see that page schema data are still here. Is there anything that may link DB information to the site URL and make them not working if we copy in PROD ? It’s not really cool to again fulfill all schema every time we push in PROD.

When I test my pages with structured data for an “event” type with the google test tool it throws several warnings for missing optional fields:

• “eventStatus“
• “offers”
• “organizer”
• “eventAttendanceMode“

I would love to fill that fields, but the WP SEO Structured Data Schema plugin doesn’t offer these fields for the event type.

Especially the fields eventAttendanceMode (Online, Offline, Mixed) and eventStatus (Cancelled, MovedOnline, …) seem very useful and important nowadays.

When will WP SEO Structured Data Schema add support for these event fields?

As I was spot checking the Product schema for WooCommerce, it seems they are not filled out. I had to add them manually for every page. I had to click on Auto Fill and click on Enable.

Is there a way to add the product schema sitewide automatically? FYI the Products checkbox in the settings is ticked.

Hopefully someone answers immediately as this is for the client.
