I am using WordPress and I was told to use Sendgrid to send emails.

Wordpress needs to send emails to users to redefine their passwords.
When I send the test email from Sendgrid, it works.
However, when I try to redefine password, it says that the email was sent, but it never arrives.

Sendgrid cannot be used for this purposes?
The only thing I really need is to allow my users to forget their own passwords and redefine it themselves.
