The free version lets you do all the basic things: clear or drop tables, clear transients, and reset your site. It gives you the option to take a snapshot first so you can ‘undo’ it if it turns out to be a mistake.

I don’t know if it works well or not. The plugin warns that it is not officially compatible with multisite setups, and it proved this by demolishing my database enough to break the site. ?? But it warned me, so I have no issue with that.
What I do have an issue with, is that it desperately tried to sell me something before I even got to using it! Two things I absolutely hate are: constantly cluttering my WP Admin area up, and displaying full-screen ads before I even had a chance to use the thing.
Yes, 1/5 for that alone. Stop doing it.
