This plugin seems to work fine on regular posts and pages. However, I have some template pages that use a custom template. Whenever I try to use the report link on any page with variables it opens for 5s then closes on its own.

It also routes to a different page. Here is an example:

Then I click Report Error. Window opens, then automatically closes in 5 seconds and goes to this page:

So it is stripping the vars which is a definite problem.

I would like to use this plugin since it seems to work good for most things but I need to know how to fix this issue easily. If it can’t be fixed easily I can just integrate the reporting into the template.

Hi,

Maybe this is how it should be, but:

It works great when the url is e.g. domain.com/mypostname/
The enveloppe icon shows, the text shows and the opoup and send email works.

On my front page where the latest newests post are it does not show at all.

I just use the shortcode [WPRError], but tried the other options with the same result.

So it only shows up and works when the post is alone and single in the browser tab

When someone reports an error on the site, they get this message:
“Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – HTTP status code was not 200” and I never get an email.

the latest version is having an email error issue. We are currently fixing it now and will update asap..

Can I use this plugin as a popup form when clicked on the banner from sidebar ?

I would like to have a pop up form when I click on a banner in the sidebar ? Is it doable ? In the form, fill out name, email address, and message… it will send to the email address provided. Does it work with this plugin ?

When we uploaded the updated version, some files did not upload correctly. We have fixed it and everything should be working fine now. Let us know if you are still having any issues..
