Pros
– I gave 3 stars because it lets you write your own custom social proof, in short lets you fake it.

Cons
– But, it appears very big in mobile. There’s no option to make the size smaller and there’s also no option to move it at the top of the webpage which I really want because there are more elements, like live chat, at the bottom which gets covered by it.

– Support is the WORST I have seen. Why? Cause NO RESPONSE. It’s been 3 months I first contacted them and then I contacted them again a week back. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I receive the default system message “we received your email and we will be in touch within 24 hours” but is 3 months not 24 hours yet?

For a basic free app, it works great, would pay for the premium version if they had one.

Time should be more customizable. Font color should be customizable. I’m not familiar with CSS and my font shows in white so it can’t be seen on screen. Allow user to edit message further and or allow more messages that trigger for certain actions. I would pay for this.

its great plugin, it helps to arouse selling product. but have to improve. for example, inputing name list and country / city. if you do that, that must be perfect social proof plugin for free.
