We are currently using Tree Website Map LITE v 1.0.0.8 and when we load pages we get this error in the FireFox Web Console:

GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/style.css [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 321ms]
GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/js/jquery-ui.js [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 317ms]
GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/js/jquery-ui.js [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 434ms]

We have simply installed the Plugin and we have definitely not manually removed any files from the filesystem. But the files are missing and in fact even the entire “horizontal-tree”-folder is missing, so it is not a question of access rights.

How do we either get these files and folders back or how do make WordPress not try and load them if they are not supposed to be loaded?

I successfully migrated 4 subdomain sites to a new host. Two have your “Tree Website Map” plugin. Your plugin displays the sitemaps properly on both.
However, on one of these 2 sites, the tree’s branch links fail; i.e. when clicked, they display the sitemap page again with a /# at the end of their URLs. This may indicate that the links have been replaced with placeholder links.
I de-/re-activated, and un-/re-installed your plugin without any success! I also edited the generated map, replaced it with a new map, all to no avail!
The map still works on the old host servers. I cannot find out why it works on the other site on the new host servers, as well, but not on the one in question.
I am hoping that you may have run into this problem. I can email you the URLs, if you wish. I thank you in advance for your support! I think both hosts use Apache LAMP servers.

It is bad practice to tease with features that are not included. You should clearly state that “horizontal trees” are NOT part of this plugin!

Loved the site map I created with this plugin on worldforestry.org. But a few days later I found I was unable to make edits the Page Builder widgets in my theme, Cleanlab by Themefuzz. Since a large section of our site uses the Page Builders, this was a huge issue.

I began turning off all the recent plugins and it turns out yours was causing the issue. I’m sad to have to uninstall it, but thought you should know.

i’m using the plugin to create a map of my posts. It works perfectly with the categories, but i can’t open the sub-categories tree(pressing on the cross, it doesn’t open nothing).
