Does your plugin allow customizing the default WP emails independently?

I mean, can we have different HTML templates for the “New user Registration” notification both to admin and user, and a separate HTML template for the “Password Reset” email?

Anyone know how to track the downloads. ie. the identity of the person who downloaded my plugin.
