Quick question about users checking their referral stats…does a user need to enter their referral URL to see their stats & progress bar?

I’m seeing a cookie set by the plugin:
Name: prelaunchr%5Bid%5D
Content: f7cc2a49-cb82-4e21-9dec-6aedf70a28fc

but loading the campaign URL without a referral appended to it doesn’t seem to load the stats and progress bar. Is this correct, users need to enter their referral URL to load stats?

Email shows up but doesn’t work when you click on it. Google+ and pinterest don’t show up.

Is anyone able to give a quick step by step guide on how to get the default plugin working?

I have a clean WP install. Installed the plugin and activated it. Switched my homepage to a static page. I see the sign up form, but do not see the default Harry’s page and if I try and enter an email I get an invalid email error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I’ve just installed the plugin, but realized that the Settings is locked. While I could select between visual or text editing mode, I can’t edit it in the control panel.

Is there any reason for that?

Dear develope(s) of Prelaunchr Plugin,

we are trying to install your plugin and have the following questions:

1) When I try to register myself I am not receiving any email. Basically when using the pluging no emails are sent. Is this the correct behaviour? Or I should tune up something in the settings? If you so, please give a hint where to check the settings.

2) When I come to the dashboard, I do not see any progress line (amount fo ref users). Is there any way to activate it? Or something is wrong maybe with my settings?

3) How to define bonuses (i.e. $5, 10$ etc…)? Is it possible easily to define a bonus also as a picture?

Hi, I’m loving the possibilities with this plugin but having trouble implementing it. I’ve added the shortcode as part of the template of a long single landing page, but upon entering the information, there’s no redirection to the Thank You page.

Submitting the form will do something, as the URL reads (for a blank entry): “https://wordpress-rxactive.rhcloud.com/?name=&email=&signup=Sign+up”, but there’s no redirection to any of the Thank You pages. (Any chance it’s a conflict from jQuery versions…?)

Hi, am developer for a client who is using Prelauchr for their microsite,

I am writing to you because we would like to know how after users enter their email adress, they can be sent to a new page. Is there a way that this can be done?

Initially, I know that a new page comes up that the URL link in the address-bar shows a referral code which is generally a new page; however, what need to happen is that once users enter their email address, they need to be taken to a page that shows all of their stats, how many people they referred, and how many of their friends have signed up. This information shows up in the WordPress Admin panel but this also needs to be seen by each user on the page that they are directed to.

Is there a way that this information can be generated for each user to see all of it, or is there a way where the user can actually be directed to a new page with new information on it along with the referral code too?
