This is the error that populates:
The transaction is not successfully submitted.
Invoice Number is required. AuthorizeNet Error: Response Code: 3 Response Subcode: 2 Response Reason Code: 33 Response Reason Text: Invoice Number is required.
How can I add more fields as needed by the client, and Authorize.Net to make a successful submission?
]]>I have contacted Authorize.net and they said they changed to cloudflare and I needed to install and trust a new certificate obtained on this page: https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-Authorize-Nets-SSL-Certificate-for-my-host-solution-provider
My hosting provider has installed and trusted the certificate, but the error remains. Is there any insight from your point of view that can help me diagnose this issue?
“Here is what Authorize.net originally said: . I would recommend contacting your developer and website provider to make sure that they have the Entrust L1K Certificate installed and trusted on your site. They can follow this article for assistance with that: https://support.authorize.net/s/article/Authorize-Net-Network-Change-FAQ
If it is already installed, then they will need to provide you with the full response string for an order that is failing, so that we can determine where the issue lies. That error doesn’t tell me why it’s not connecting properly.”

Помогите, пожалуйста, решить проблему
sir,
please help me !! .
https://www.vocalboothtogo.com/payments/ please help me . I had setup the setting of paypal but send me error :
“[The transaction is not successfully submitted.
Security header is not valid]”
when i tried submitting a payment to test it i got the following error “The transaction is not successfully submitted.
The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.”
which is especially strange since there is no blanks for billing address.
I’m getting the following error using the Authorize.net payment gateway:
The transaction is not successfully submitted.
The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
I’ve copy/pasted the API logon ID and transaction key from Authorize.net into the fields API User Name/Logon ID and API Signature (is this the transaction key – if so, poorly named).
Both the plugin and the gateway are in test mode. I’m not sure what else to do to make it work. Is there anything I can look at to help diagnose the problem? Are you using Advanced Integration Method (AIM) or Server Integration Method (SIM) and do I have to put something in the Authorize.net gateway to make that work?
Thanks!
Will we get a list of donors in the dashboard?
