Is there a plan to add a paddle?

Hi. I’ve been using paymattic plugin for a custom payment gateway on my website that deals with the stripe payments. The issue is when I try to switch the currency using the currency switcher field in the premium version; the form enables the currency to be switched, however, the same does not reflect when we redirect to the stripe payment gateway. Please look into this and come up with a resolution, it really is affecting our business.

1- each admin receives daily payments, and upload them to the database. When a client pays, it is reduced from its debt (the plugin actually does not manage real money, it is just a database for recording payments from loans). The admin must be able to search on the database, check transactions type, etc. We must see the lists of payments received and sent on a friendly list, not on wordpress admin;
2- also need to indicate if that payment is in cash or bank, and which client made that, and on which date, and admin can controll all the funds and sub admins;
Could this be built with this plugin? Has to be complemented with another plugin?

For fluent forms; I’ve encountered a bit of a puzzle. It appears that the fluentform_payment_view and fluentform_payment shortcodes have become somewhat disoriented. Moreover, I’ve noticed that the functionality for quantity and subscription seems to no longer be in harmony.

Additionally, the subscription field seems to have discreetly absented itself from the Paymattic plugin altogether.

Could you kindly shed some light on how these mix-ups came to be?

I want to ask how can I know that if the payment has been made of not? I have made a custom form with php and javascript in wordpress and embedded a payment form in it through short code. Now how can I know that if the payment is successful or rejected? I mean is there any way to know this, please help me in this regard. Thank you.

I have developed a custom booking from with php and javascript. Now I want to get payments at the end of this form. There will be different total amount for every booking process as the form has different options with variable price. So how can I get payment through this plugin. Definitely, there will be some custom coding in it. So if you can guide me which hooks or classes do I need to target, then it will be very helpful for me. If it works for me, I will definitely go for paid version. Thank you.

Hi Support, I am wanting to purchase you Pro plan but first wanted to know do you charge any other transactional fees besides the annual or lifetime amounts? Also, can the user be offered to pay the Stripe merchant fees or can this be added on to the donation amount?

We are using you plugin for payments via Stripe. We have customers from all over the world and everything worked perfect since 2 days ago.

When me and my friend from Serbia try to submit the form, everything works properly and we are connected to Stripe. But our customers out of Serbia-UK, SAD…get this message and can not submit the form and connect to Stripe. They get message:”Something went wrong when sumitting the form”.

Could you please help up with this as soon as possible because we have customers who are waiting to pay?

Hi there,

I found out that when someone is trying to pay with Visa or Mastercard and the 3D secure check is raised by Stripe, then the payment fails with error message “Something went wrong”.

I located the problem in file “/app/Modules/PaymentMethods/Stripe/StripeInlineHandler.php” and at line 416, as Argument 1 of “update” method should be passed as an array, and not as an integer.

Please fix it before any future update as it will break again my payment form.

Actually this plugin was working great untill Jan 2. Since then we are not able to receive any payments eventually we found that when user click on to payment button it shows ” jQuery.post is not a function ” error.

I’m preparing my Privacy Policy page and I need to know if your plugin “WPPayform” is using PayPal cookies, and which data is WPPayform sending to PayPal, and also which data is WPPayform receiving from PayPal, etc… For example, when a visitor make a single or recurring Payment(suscription) and after the transaction the user make click on Return to the Website, which data is share between PayPal and our website, and also how is the flow of this information(data) between PayPal and our website.

I am using Elementor Pro to make a popup form with the shortcode [wppayform id=”4270″]

I am also using using the Embedded Checkout Field to have the card information input on the form, since I don’t want the user to leave the form.

Unfortunately, the card details field does not show up in the form in either Test or Live mode. However, if I preview the form, the card details field appears.

Also, after clicking the submit button, I am sent to the Home page of the site.

Hi, I need to know if your free version of the plugin can create a form for subscription with customers as follow:

After compiling form fields (Name, Last, email, etc) the user can choose between some options:
1) Base User Supscription Price (eg. 2,00€)
2) Premium User Subscription Price (eg. 40,00€)
So the user choose between 1) OR 2) subscription plan and then he/she needs to choose between some payments methods:
1) Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc)
2) Paypal

A mail is sent to us and one to the user confirming subscption and payment.

Can the free plugin works as requested above? Is it GDPR (EU) compliant?
