Hi, we’re running the current version of WP-Paginate on WP version 6.7.1. Since updating core, we’re getting the following PHP notice on the WP Admin dashboard when debugging is enabled:
Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-paginate
domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init
action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /(redacted)/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
after i have install and activate wp-paginate to my wordpress account i visted my website is not showiny why?
]]>Is there a way to customize the output from RSS feeds from website to website? Right now, when displaying an image from a story, it chooses to show an inline photo rather than a Featured Image. Of course, this causes an issue when someone decides against using images in their article. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Thank you!
]]>Hello! Your plugin is a wonderful solution for speeding up mobile sites. I am wondering if I can set it up to paginate only for mobile screens.
I am using the Newspaper theme on a fully responsive site. It would be amazing if I could paginate the home page only when being accessed by a mobile screen device. Thank you!
It could just be something about the way my site is set up, but I cannot seem to get this plugin to do something like, only show three next/previous page number links at a time. I tried adjusting the related settings, but the page numbers just keep growing within the pagination area.
I do have it inserted manually, using the function. Could that be why?
How can I translate the title of the page when it has pagination?
Example, I have a category named “Blog”, when I click on page 2, the title is “Category name – page 2 of 5”.
My site is in Portuguese, I need to change the ” Page of” to Página de”. I couldn’t use Loco translate or locate this code in the theme.
]]>hi, i have a “site news” section on top of my sidebar. is there away to add pagination there for posts?
]]>hi,
how can i turn off the background color on the prev and next? i managed to turn off the background color on the words but not on the hover. i do want the hover on the page numbers.
]]>I installed WP-Paginate, selected “Display pagination everywhere” for the location and “Below the content” for the position, and checked ” Hide the standard theme default pagination” in the setting. The page numbers did show up. However, they were placed in the middle of the home page (under the post titled “Meaningful Work”). How do I move it to the bottom where the “Older Posts” button is? Thanks!
]]>Feature Request: ad args …
I need to add a argument after the links:
Example:
mywebsite/page/3/#content
So I see that i am getting 5 search results per page. And the pagination contains 1,2,3 pages.
How is this determined? Is it automatic? I see no settings.
Thanks
]]>I need to add the php wp_paginate code to my templates.
I can’t find it in the installation. Can you add this to the install docs?
This doesn’t work:
<?php if(function_exists('wp_paginate')):
wp_paginate(); ?>

hi,
I like your plugin, it works great, but at my mobile device it cuts off page numbers when they reach right side screen border.
It should put those unreachable numbers at second row if it is responsive, am I right?

]]>Hi. I just want to neatly divide the posts into manageable chunks. But I do not see any BY WORD or other methiod to do this. I made a sample page which is long and thought it would paginate. But it is not. What am I missing? Thanks!
]]>Installed the plugin to a site with posts on its home page. It uses Elementor and the hello theme. I don’t see any indication the plugin is even installed let alone its paginating anything.
]]>Same number on different row.
I don’t know how to solve that it appears on the same line when there are many comments.
This happens more on mobiles
Hi, the plugin is really cool, but I don’t know why when the number of posts is odd, the pagination takes the place of one of the posts. Is there a way to insert it as code?
I’m using Divi which allows you to insert code into a module at the bottom.
Any help will be welcome.
Hi, I just installed and configured the plugin. It manages to hide my theme default pagination but does not show the pagination by the plugin.
What I’m doing wrong?
]]>hi as you see i have over 500 pages on my homepage website. but i want a code or how to customize or a search option where i just enter page number & jump to that page. for example my homepage showing 1 to 7 and the last page but for example i want to go to 200 page number. i just want a search box where i just write 200 click search & it take me to 200 page number. kindly reply will be very thankful

Hi, i have tried all kinds of paginate plugins and nothing seems to work. Would you have any idea?
Thank you
Kevin
OK so there are “prev” and “next” links at the extreme ends of the pagination – but is it possible to have “first” and “last” links before and after those (respectively) ?
]]>Hi, I’m new to HTML and WordPress, I installed WP-Paginate, and it doesn’t want to work on my site.
My theme is AWaken (https://themezhut.com/awaken-wordpress-theme-documentation/#m8), I think Paginate can’t find the CSS that needs to be modified – or am I just talking nonsense.
Any help would be appreciated.
This is my blog (https://blogdoservidor.com/)
Thanks
]]>Hello, I’m new to HTML and WordPress, and I’m struggling to figure out why WP-Paginate doesn’t want to work on my website.
I guess that my Theme is strange (Maxwell), and Paginate cannot find the CSS that it needs to modify – or I’m just talking nonsense.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Good Morning.

Please help.
Thank you!
]]>Using version 2.1.7, I tried to click the box for adding trailing slash, clicked save, but the fields for Before and After Markup were cleared. I tried re-adding the markup, but the fields will not allow anything to be saved in them. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but I get the same behavior. The trailing slash did save, and I’ve tried other changes that seem to work just fine, but I can’t get my HTML markup back in the Before and After fields. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
]]>Hi. Is possible to use this plugin with WP_Query?
Thanks
Hi,
I am trying to help a friend out with their site but I cant work this one out. The pagination displays OK using the template code option but when you click any of the pages you get a 404.
I have permalinks set to Post name and have checked for conflicts with other plugins.
Is there something else I can check or try?
Thanks in advance!
]]>At first I want to clearify: This is not a support question and it is even not really related to this plugin. However: As you have a lot of expierence with pagination, you might have an advise for my problem:
After I activated paginated comments, I noticed that their links have changed:
When before the activation a comment had a link like: my-page/my-post/#comment-123
it now changed to: my-page/my-post/comment-page-2/#comment-123
The problem is: All old existing links to comments don’t work anymore. ??
And even for new links created it is not guarantied that those links will remain correct, because some visitors might add some comments on old pages, so that the numbering of commentpages might change.
I think this is a generic problem and there should be a solution how to handle it.
Can you give any advise?
